It makes me a little sad that the French are accused of bot while their streamer were super clear, played fairplay and never hide anything... After many checks and explanations it was proven that they didnt have bot. But it's probably a waste of time ppl won't take time to watch French POV / VOD... at least it was pretty epic
I mean, the streamer Kameto, the one who talked with the 2 xQc, mizkif and all, had more than 400k viewers, whilst literally dozens of other French streamers were here to help (thus there were more than 500k viewers). They were organized in 4 groups in order to have a permanent workforce (and remember that rubius’ bots got banned fairly quickly. Either France got better bots, or they were more.

I'm French, and I want to tell that we never used bots. The french streamers only gave us an overlay to show us where we had to put a pixel, but they never encouraged us to use bots. Perhaps some people used bot individually, I don't know, but the big majority of Frenchs did'nt cheat. The pixels were not automatically put. The fact that France succeeded to take so big a part is due to the excellent organization of France. All the French viewers were mobilized, a lot of them created an account on Reddit for this occasion, because they wanted to help their country. We don't blame you because we would probably react like you in this situation, but a lot of French didn't like the fact that Spanish used bots, and that they only attacked us during all the event, instead of trying to create their own flag. Perhaps the next time, we will be together instead of fighting !

last thing, your french is really good 😀
Now for why we the French won while having less people : First Point, the way french streamers work together. Since years ago french streamer have been known to have every streamers working together, from small things to GIANT things like Z Event, which is a charity even that made more than 10 000 000 in three days (Biggest raise so fast i think?) With many streamers working together while most other streamer community work alone or in small groups so cohesion is less easy and more sporatic sometimes someone just coming to help then stopping continuing to play his game while in france it became a new event xD. And because of the French twitch community having been habituated hoping between streams and doing together non stop they were more efficient.
Second Point, the types of community, English viewers and Spanish viewers are more of the type of having fun in chat while eating good content, while French viewers particpated in many interactive events with streamers and were more fast on creating a reddit account and download the Canvas that just helped to see the colors to place even showed to the spanish streamer who thought it was a bot. (By the way the spanish streamer didnt even verify his reddit account and could only put one pixel every 20 min pepega) Also there is way more people on phones watching spanish streams than French. So it was harder for them to use r/place, or even download what the Spanish guy said.
Third point, organisation because of the way the french streamer organised their "pixel troups" with litteraly four different defenders, and even attackers like Zerator and TRADUCTORS xDD with some guys knowing Spanish/English/Catalan jumping between "ennemy" chats to see what they were going to do. Holding their defence together to have a whole platoon attack at the same time, etc etc
And fourth point, France itslef, many huge names supported French streamers on twitter making the people participating even bigger than the twitch counts, and also we are the country with the less hours working than any other countries and have many unemployed people "The Power of RSA" xDD It helps a lot to place pixels.
And for the accusations about the reddit accounts names, French community is not as present on Reddit as others and more on twitter and things like that mainstream media (which i hate) so when so many people had to create accounts fast with random generated names that's what happen.
Then the accusations for the flag become white really fast since we were getting attacked by everyone it became like that you can even see mizkiff in a clip at this moment screaming to his community "It's our moment to attack the French" while talking to other big US streamers cause we could only place white.
French streamers even showed on stream the scrip which was an overlay for knowing where to put what colors smh
Some French streamer at the end even said "help them let's destroy everything" and made fun of the pepega people revelling in their "victory" while it was just the end of the event and got help by the french to destroy their own creations and writing FRA in the center of the picture at the same time.
Even people who spoke French/English explained it
Maybe if their was more people speaking French or trying to know the truth outside of their Spanish or English streamer saying something their wouldn't be this story
PS: of course their might have been some people with bots in any communties don't get me wrong, but it was not publicised on any french social media, not on the discords, not on reddit or reddit France, and not even by the streamers so i wonder how so many people could have coordinated themseleves to get the same bot that was so good that no one got banned then?
Also i'm not gonna begin on the direct attack on politics taking it too far, attacking streamers on their viewcounts because of ego, and then their esport just because your mad that's wrong. It got very bad when one streamer took it to politic and religion saying French people shoud fuck their moms and that they were racists against muslims when Kameto the biggest streamer that was coordinating it was a muslim and the face they kept destroying was Zidane a French/Algerian football legend. Funily enough he even said fuck the president (which i don't think is really okay on twitch to insult a public figure), but when French streamers heard that, they said "I like him now, let's help him rebuild his art" cause most French people hate Macron xDD
Any of this doesn't warrant death threats etc, and crazy nutjobs who said that should get slapped by the eyebrows of Zidane. In the end, it is pixel fun and funny content you lost but it's ok, next time you'll be more prepared and destroy our ugly effeil tower. Have fun and love.

He even jokingly said (while telling his viewers to stop shit like that) "I've got notifications on twitter every 2 seconds i feel like i'm Kanye West" Shit happens and many people on the internet are dumbasses especially against big figures like Ibai Kameto XQC etc They are nutjobs
Spanish people started attacking with ego on the number of viewers, then on Kameto Esport team, then on botting which wasn't true. Which of this subject was started by the French ? Then a streamer said French people had to f*ck their mom, and they all had to f*ck themselves, and after he said that his art got destroyed, and said it again before adding things about politics and saying ALL french were racists against muslims. Against Kameto a muslim, while destroying the Face of Zidane the French/Algerian legend. Irony. Funily enough he even said fuck the president (which i don't think is really okay on twitch to insult a public figure), but when French streamers heard that, they said "I like him now, let's help him rebuild his art" cause most French people hate Macron xDD
It doesn't warrant death threats from anyone but you can undersand that it's a hell off a toxic environnement while we were playing "fake war" (which incensed people) especially for some pepega twitch viewers and twitterinos. Shit like that happens, f*ck people gave death treats to celebrities when they got in a relationship or over GTA RP drama, the world is crazy doesn't shock me anymore what can i say except f those crazy people.
Only thing i'll say yes to, is yeah we took way too much space because it became an event to the French. Like Z Event. That was bad of us but that's it and even that people have to chill. chat saying 720p unwatchable actually hurt me, people who can only watch 480p if they want stability because of slow internet ;_;
Imagine crying over pixels on the internet. How little of a life do you need to have?
Ikr, Kameto even said it (French chief)
Fr they all need to touch some grass 💀
Have you have your community art you worked day and night nonstop for 2 days straight, then gets obliterated by a streamer in 15 seconds?
@@Firefly256 Nah fucc. r/place is a game for public. You know the risk. If you don't want your art get to destroyed, you shouldn't participate
@@EpitomeOfLigma from what I se sit, r/place is a place for communities to make their art in be seen by public. But some streamers just HAD TO destroy wonderful art for no reason
Why did nobody make the bloons emote on r/place that would have been sick
Shut up
People making fun of 720p when i can barely get 480p Feelsbadman
There was so many things happening in r/place but hes only covering xqc related stuff.
I didn't find a single strong bad in r/place which as far as I'm concerned makes the whole thing fail
I LOVE R/PLACE
BATCHESTER
Why do they talk about it as some kind of "Once in a decade expirience" or something when such "r/place"s existed since the very first one. No time limit, a pixel by minute in the one i played in my countrie's facebook copycat, a lot of active and defending players on a big map, profiles of pixels placed are shown. Exactly the same as i see it in here. And i'm sure since 2015 or whenever it was first launched there's been thousands of same things all over flash game and other kind of sites. Considering that active "pixelbattle" was kind of region locked, i'm sure even more players would be on some internationally accesable copy of "place". So why do people treat it like some "internet's history made" when it's literally one google search away at any given time since ~2015?
so basically he just watched xQc and mizkif streams lmao
r/place wouldn’t have been as eventful without xqc’s involvement
another day thanking god that I'm not a reddit user
We didn't delete ourselve lol they were 700k+ viewer putting white pixel against us and we couldn't defend
You don't know how streaming and math work do you?
The way France and Osu immediately turned white lmfao

FR > ES USA (beep boop)
You can't beat the Turks !!!
I placed exactly 17 pixels which equals to 1 hour and 25 minutes of my life wasted

Spanish streamers and the Spanish speaking comunity is the biggest in Twitch
and the most high too you dont win war with weed smokers
*"This.... is a transistor"*
Would be pog if xQc goes live on youtube
He'd have to drop his twitch partner contract. He can't even stream on YT when he's under a twitch ban.
I don't understand people who hate what he did. Did they want the canvas to get covered once in a handful of hours and then never change?
Seriously?
Or is it more likely they have an unhealthy obsession with a streamer they dislike.
Crazy how everybody thinks french botted, there are maps out showing the botted spots, we know there was bots, 0 on the french flag except for the BTS logo put by the spanish
