Tespik is also called tespih, tesbih, komboloi, worry beads, prayer beads, anxiety beads etc. You will find Turkish men walking with a string of beads in their hands and you're wondering what are those for. Is it a religious tool? Or is it merely an accessory to pass the time?
It's actually both. It can be used as a sign of faith or a fidget accessory for stress relief. It's also known as the perfect gift for your male friends and family. But nowadays, women are increasingly showing interest in tespiks and choosing to buy them for themselves like what I did.
If you're the type who's always fidgeting or if you want something to keep your hands busy, get a tespik.

In middle east it is mostly used as a custom, in same time It is for stress relief , fear relief, calming and built self and faith strength.
also, it is an islamic rosary. Mostly people use it for also religious purpose like glorifying god Allah names when they count each beads just like other religions. But of course we glorify Allah Almighty alone as we believe that god have no partners and all messengers like Mohammad, Abraham , Jesus , Noah, Jacob , Mosses are all his servants and prophets peace be blessing upon them all.
