Thanks for the helpful video. Can you tell me how far down the bar hangs below the valance when fully closed? SmartWings says it's just the 1 1/16" bar but it's clear in your video some fabric is also exposed. The distance from the bottom of the valance to the bottom of the bar would be ideal. Is there a way to tighten up the fully closed point so no fabric is exposed?

I am not sure I follow what you are asking? Are you talking about when the shade is fully open how much hangs down?

@@BurnsHA Sorry, should have used the word retracted instead of closed. How far down does the bar hang when fulled retracted? SmartWings claims it can be adjusted so the bar is butted up against the valance and that the bar is 1 1/16" tall. I want the bar above the trim when retracted so I need to know how much to add to the the length when ordering.
