Cardio Pyramid Workout (30 Min Express Class) - Bodyweight Only

- In this class, we start with a guided warm up, focusing on mobility and light cardio to bring the heart rate gradually up. We then move onto our cardio pyramid workout. This is the express version of my pyramid classes, so we'll just do one pyramid. You'll perform six exercises. The first time through the five exercises, you do them for 60 seconds each. Then just 45 seconds each. Then 30 seconds each.
You get 15 seconds of rest/transition time between each exercises and 30 seconds between rounds.
Always listen to your body, modifying or stopping as needed. Low-impact modifications will be displayed throughout the class.
We finish class with a guided cool down and stretch.

This was as great as I anticipated! Those bear planks with donkey kicks were tough!
So tough - my quads were TALKING to me! 😅
My ponytail was my downfall this workout, needed a high bun. It was flopping all over the place. The struggle is real.
I really love being a patreon member, all the workouts but most importantly the calendar! I hate choosing what to do and I don't end up pushing myself as hard when I have to choose. Best ten bucks I spend a month.

Dammit I just finished my workout and you posted! I'm doing this as soon as I'm not sore from today's workout lol
Edit: just finished and loved it. Those bear plank hops were actually mu fave, call me crazy lol but they just activate the glutes in a way I feel other exercises don't. Tysm I'm definitely putting this in the rotation!
