- I show you how I prepare and smoke a brisket on the Yoder Smokers YS640. I seasoned the brisket with Neil Sarap’s Dayum seasoning. I was using Smoke Ring Pellets Oak, Hickory and Cherry blend.

That's pretty interesting so you went off of internal temperature of the point not the flat? The only person I ever heard do that was Myron mixon he waits to his 205 in the point everybody else does the thickest part of the flat.
