A little bit disappointing for a Waldorf Astoria. The rooms of the Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah are great, but particularly the service and the communication was weak in many points. Not the standard I expect from a high class hotel. Twice a significantly wrong bill in a Michelin-star restaurant? No way!
First Waldorf, which we don't rate with 5 Diamonds.
In my opinion, a strongly overrated hotel. Additionally: Being on the palm might be cool, but you cannot do anything there. It is 5 km / 3 mi to the center of the palm, where you find the first shops.
