this guy is one of the great American actors today. whatever it is, there's no argument. He's got it. And the script is terrific. I have no idea how this writer turns out so much incredible and appropriate dialogue.

I agree. He is a complete winner as long as isnt in front of a camera. His ego gets too carried away when he is. You can't be great at everything. He just needs to try and be humble and except the facts. Writing is his golden goose...
I disagree, he thinks he's a lot better than he actually is! When he told Costner to stick to what he does best, acting he forgot Costner is also a writer, producer and has many, many awards for it!!!
the API is basically a sponsor of the show, which explains the narrative they squeeze into every episode, but it's pretty transparent. Still a great show though.

I don’t understand why Tyler shows are so crude and crass. It’s why I don’t watch his shows. I watched some of yellow stone because of Kevin Costner. Without Kevin the show would have not made it.
