fyi too everyone who think they're "fighting" nooooo it's how big dogs play (i've grown up with hounds and retrievers and they all do this for fun at the dogpark)

I didn't realize that a friendly dog encounter can be soo dangerous. I though the two doggies enjoyed their company, but I didn't watch the rest of the videos. I am sorry your dog lost an eye in such an encounter. I apologize for any feelings of not caring. These two doggies seemed to be enjoying each other's company but I know that can happen where someone gets hurt. Love all of you animal lovers.!!!!

You can see that the Tervuren is much smarter. It should have been 5-0 for him. I don't like Huskies.

I really like your video, I wouldn't connect this playing hard with dog fighting at all , I would guess that your Siberian Husky is nearly in heat when this video was made? Seems the husky got points very minor things, the tervueren actually got the husky to submit. Beautiful dogs both of them!
I didn't really if you know Huskies and have ever owned them, being on the ground isn't submission for them, just another angle to kick or spring from.

agnat86 still lake water contains parasites harmful to dogs. Should just let your dog drink clean purified water.

@Anime Cupid You can't really take something like that too seriously. Dogs don't think of stuff like that. They either want to mate, or they don't. The life of any animal is quite literally to live, mate, die, repeat. That's all we are here for, to multiply. In all fairness, it is kinda funny. It wasnt really that she wanted him to stop either, she just wanted to play. She probably is fixed, or not in heat and therefore, just wasn't in the mood and was enjoying the romping, if she truly was telling him to stop, she would have snapped and the games would be over, but rather, she just shook him off and continued playing. As humans, we take everything entirely to far. All animals want is to reproduce, it's just a part of nature.
Also, to be clear, rape is the actual act, and is a term subject to humans, not really animals. He wasn't "raping" her, rather, trying to show dominance. Male dogs, especially, will hump another, whether it be male or female, to show dominance, in play. Rape is an entirely wrong term to use, as, again, animals don't think of things that way, and it's really a term that is subject to humans, and, well, humans only.

Tina S I have owned huskies for over 50 years tina. and i'll tell you this about Siberian huskies. they are smart enough to know that when you give them a command their first thought is ''hmmm, how will this benefit me if I do this''! huskies are extremely intelligent.
+MrMferg240 well yeah I was have husky too! I wasn't say they are not smart. they are rlly smart. actually Husky's are one of smartes dog in world.
Technically, a dogs intelligence isnt based solely on breed. I have met both shepherds and huskys that where not that intelligent, but then I have met some that where extremely smart. But the same goes for other breeds, I know a Pomeranian, a dog that is normally not very smart, who can open fridges and doors, fetch remotes, and will respond to simple yes and now questions, such as if it has eaten already, or if it was thirsty, my own dog does the same, he is a blue heeler Aussie mix.
Now, yes, many dog breeds have a higher chance of being intelligent, but that doesn't mean all are, and there are some huskys that could outsmart a shepherd any day, but same goes for a shepherd with a husky, same goes for any dog. You can never fully claim that one breed is smarter than the other, because in the end, they both are capable of outsmarting each other.
@@hannahclemens1919 The problem with how the test intelligence in the dogs is that it's how quickly and easily they will perform commands which has nothing to do with intelligence but obedience. Now if you told me to jump off a bridge and I did so resulting in me breaking both my legs that wouldn't be very intelligent on my part. If I was to put a Husky and Shepherd in crates my money would be on the Husky finding a way out first.

Prachtig ! mijn terveuren ( Vader Kruising Groenendealer + Terveuren ) is maandag overleden helaas(Spuit onder narcose). Is geschamt door een auto en had 10% kans op overleven, Wil nu graag een husky dus dit is wel een leuk beeld opzich. :)
English : Beautifull ! My tevueren ( Father Tervueren + Groenendealer ) just passed away monday ( Injection under narcose ) He was hit by a car when my brother was distracted and he was off leech. He did had 10 % Chance of being full recovered, Want a husky so bad now so this is a great image !:)

She wasn't actually. All dogs have different forms of playing, same with children. If she was fighting, she would have actually attacked him, not have just romped around, or even run from him at one point.

Even in play we can see who the Alpha is, and that is the Belgian Tervuren to both the Siberian Husky, and the Black Labrador Retriever. Does not matter which breed you like the most. Both the Siberian, and Lab showed Submissive Behavior.

They aren't fighting, they are playing. You may have wanted to watch the video before commenting something like this. Dogs play, just like a child would, but they don't have the capability of playing like humans can, so, they wrestle and romp around, chafing each other and, yes, biting. Playing and fighting are 2 completely different things.

they are wrestling mad running. You are right but if it was a fight it would be horrible thing. Dogs in a fight it's extremely loud and fast and heart breaking. We got lucky and seen a good wrestling match.

priestof1 of course it is, huskies aren't actually very fast at running at all, they were bred for stamina and endurance not speed. Their gait is different from dogs bred for sprinting, they always keep one paw on the ground while running and this is so they are always pulling the sled. The gait means they are the best are pulling a load long distance but it also makes them slower than a dog with a flying gallop (all legs are off the ground at some point).
Both dominant breeds but the husky is doing a great job not giving up very often to being submissive considering the fact that she is a female if she was a male its obvious who would have the upper hand 👏 they play lovely together enjoyed watching it 👍
