  • I teamed up with Ocean Crusaders, Pelle P, and Yamaha Marine Scandinavia to complete an epic foiling journey from the west coast of Sweden to the east coast of Denmark. This challenge had a dual purpose, not only testing my physical and mental limits but also activating communities on both sides of the Kattegat Oresund to participate in beach cleanups in both locations. With approximately 100km separating Kullavik and Skagen, the challenge promised to be of epic proportions, especially as I was only powered by a combination of wind and sea state. This was one of the stupidest ideas of my life!

Nice one! Interesting that winging proved to be the more effective mode of transportation

To sail 100km in a dingy would have been +8hrs, two man crew with a trapeze down wind, 2-3 hrs. They already make wind foil boards, don't know why you didn't go this method instead, windsurfing and foiling for travel is kind of a no brainer at this point.

Wind-Foiling you are locked in for hours in the exactly same position in straps and harness, probably getting cramps all over the place. I think it is much more "relaxing" with the wing just "standing" in a much more freely, probably more like a "normal" marathon.
