People quote trump's statement on how he doesn't care for his supporters, "I don't care about you I just want your vote." but there is another statement made by trump that is an even more realization of how little trump cares about them. In 2020 during the height of covid in Iowa, trump urged his supporters to go vote "Even if you vote and then pass away, it's worth it."
Worth it for who, certainly not for the person who died from covid, certainly not for family members, their grandparents, parents, spouses or children that would potentially die so he could get their votes. He didn't care how may family members died so long as they voted for him and it would be worth it . . for him and him alone. How careless can one be?

Trump’s VP nominee JD Vance just wrote the foreword for Project 2025 architect and Heritage Foundation president Kevin Robert’s new book. The Heritage Foundation and the other 100+ plus conservative groups are Trump’s biggest supporters. He only started distancing himself recently when there has been some backlash against Project 2025.

In Northern Ireland, the Good Friday Agreement was written poorly for a reason.
When a language major offered to rewrite it for clarity, especially for folks who had only high school English, she was told it wasn’t necessary.
The wording was deliberately ambiguous so that it could be interpreted as it was needed.
I haven’t read the 900+ pages but I’m guessing it’s similar. They write one thing but when questioned about it, they can deny it and offer a plausible explanation that fits.
But they will do the thing as written when in power.
That way more folks of a high school education reading ability will accept what they’ve been told. They won’t understand the extra meanings.
