    Laser cladding is no longer limited to external surfaces. Our internal diameter cladding capabilities enable us to apply corrosion and wear resistant coatings to the internal surfaces of tubes, pipes and other hard-to-reach places.
    ID cladding can be used with a wide range of materials, including nickel, cobalt, or iron-based alloys, and carbide-matrix compounds. Our equipment can process internal diameters as small as 69.85 mm (2.75 inches) with a maximum insertion depth of 500 mm (19.685 inches). Double-sided access enables ID cladding for parts as long as 1000 mm (39.37 inches).
