And now I know I have to move on, even though she said she wanted a future with me and never wanted to lose me. But now, she's gone, leaving me to pick up the pieces of my shattered heart alone. I feel like I've lost everything, but I have to believe she had a good reason. If this separation is what's best for her, I'll accept it. I loved her with all my heart and stayed loyal to her for the first time. Now, all I have left are memories of our beautiful past and a lost hope of love. Her words made me clueless, but I just got it clear in my mind that I'll never get attached to my cousin while he was always sweet, caring and protective towards me from my childhood. We all grew up in a joint family and by the time I reached my teens, I was so firm that I'll never marry my cousin coz of the toxcity of his mother towards me and my mom. On the other side, My cousin was growing his feelings and still very firm abt this which I have no idea about. And my family members often make comments here and there abt how only he can listen to all my blabbers and all. I just brush it off thinking they are just making fun. I were super talkative and extravert. If someone listens me, I just go on and on. That someone is my cousin coz rest of them would just run if I started to talk. I said this cleary to him and started to avoid him as much as possible. I was second year in clg. And Finally the day came when my granny asked me with curious eyes "*** machana katikriya d ?". GOSH I almost exploded at the way she asked as if asking "shall I order fries". And the rest is history. Then the news got spread and after few days my cousin came to home due to his day-offs. Dude he looked so depressed with all the dark circles and he lost so much of weight. I was shocked to see him like tht and couldn't meet his eyes. The guilt was killing me and I apologized him through my texts even though I dont know where I went wrong. He replied with "It's not your fault". That's it. Fasr frwrd 4 yrs later, Now Alhamdhulillah He got married to an understanding beautiful woman and has cute chubby lil boy of 2yrs and leading happy life. ❤️ But somewhere I still feel guilty coz of the heart-breaks he had gone through coz of me. Little did I know, this would be the beginning of something special, something. that would change me forever. We loved it and even spent late nights listening to music and chatting online until 2 AM.
As we grew closer, on January 21, she asked me, "Do you love me? Will you leave me for another girl? I don't want to get hurt because I think I'm really in love with you. It's so scary; it's never happened to me before. I don't know what to do because these feelings are new to me." Her confession startled me for a moment but when I thought about it, I myself felt the same way as she does. So I decided to be the one for her, to give her my everything. Things were going smoothly. We were one of the perfect couples one could ever see. We would chat for hours, hold hands during breaks, and even stare at each other across the classroom. We had silly fights for no reason but would both apologize without hesitation. Those days were beautiful. But yeah, life isn't always smooth, and sometimes, everything we love must be lost.
During a one-month summer vacation, she went radio silent. I couldn't contact her on any social media. It was unbearable. I was thinking about her all day and was nearly crying. As days passed by, Eventually, I found out she had blocked me on WhatsApp and deleted her Instagram account. It was like a thunderbolt struck me. I had no way to contact her. I survived the month, angry and hurt, but also hoping she had a good reason for this.
When school reopened, I was still angry but hoped she would come and talk to me. But She didn't. She didn't even look at me. I was devastated. So I decided to speak to her myself. The next day, I went to her bench during break time, but she pretended not to see me. It broke me even more. I tried three times that day, but she didn't respond. I felt like I had lost something integral to my being.
On June 13, I decided to call out her name in front of everyone, giving her no choice but to respond. Her expression when she looked at me was one of disgust. It brought tears to my eyes, but I held them back and calmly asked what was wrong. I reassured her that I still loved her and that she could be open with me. Her response was, "Let us break up." I was barely holding back my tears and asked why. She said it was because we were in grade 12 and needed to focus on our studies.
I just said okay and left. Because I didn't know what to say or do. I wasn't even sure if it was real. All I could do was cry. I had so many questions: How could she do this? Was it easy for her to let me go? Did she think about my love? Did she consider this decision carefully? Even when her mum came to know about this relationship, She had reassured me that she was there for me and I wouldn't lose her. How did it come to this?
It feels as if a heavenly being guided our meeting. In 7th and 8th grade, I was in the G section,
and she was in the H section. In 9th and 10th grade, I was in A section, and she was in B section. Even our birthdays are close-mine on the 22nd and hers on the 23rd. Is it a coincidence? Everywhere I went, she was unknowingly beside me. We initially planned to take different groups after 10th grade, but for some unknown reason, we both chose the same group and ended up in the same class. We first started talking because of a mutual friend, a girl I became friends with because of the past breakup. That girl and she attended the same tuition, and through her, we got to know each other, Isn't it magical? it felt like we were destined to be together, but now, she's gone, breaking the bond.
It hurts so much being on her blocklist. At one point, she spent most of her nights talking to me. She taught me that nothing is permanent and people can change in ways we never imagined. I could easily stalk her on social media through trustworthy friends who would do anything I ask or i can create a situation were she has no choice but to speak with me in the classroom, Blocking my contact doesn't mean I can't find out about her. But if she thinks blocking me means cutting off everything, I'm not here to prove her it's false. I'll leave her the way she wants this to end because I don't want to hurt her or make things awkward, As I always loved her and
cared about what's best for her. If this is what she thinks will make her better, I'll accept and respect her decision and leave her on her way. And now I know I have to move on, even though she said she wanted a future with me and never wanted to lose me. But now, she's gone, leaving me to pick up the pieces of my shattered heart alone. I feel like I've lost everything, but I have to believe she had a good reason. If this separation is what's best for her, I'll accept it. I loved her with all my heart and stayed loyal to
her for the first time. Now, all I have left are memories of our beautiful past and a lost hope of love.
It's funny how someone we know so well can turn into a complete stranger. I came to know abt this when I was barely 9 yrs old, My mom warned me to never get attached to my cousin (coz of the domestic violence caused by my aunt to her and lil me, or else she also loves my cousin and cares abt him alot). She didnt tell abt this mrg stuff as I was just a kid. Her words made me clueless, but I just got it clear in my mind that I'll never get attached to my cousin while he was always sweet, caring and protective towards me from my childhood.
We all grew up in a joint family and by the time I reached my teens, I was so firm that I'll never marry my cousin coz of the toxcity of his mother towards me and my mom. On the other side, My cousin was growing his feelings and still very firm abt this which I have no idea about. And my family members often make comments here and there abt how only he can listen to all my blabbers and all. I just brush it off thinking they are just making fun. I were super talkative and extravert. If someone listens me, I just go on and on. That someone is my cousin coz rest of them would just run if I started to talk. As he is the one of the keen listeners in our cousin grp, I share all my school and college stuffs with him (may be this made him feel special & misunderstand). As days goes by, I can see his feelings through his talks and behaviours and he even expressed that he was so scared of his future. Too late to notice. He didnt tell me anything directly but I were constantly giving hints like "I never marry in relatives or anyone in same hometown" and blah blah. coz I dont want him heart-broken when he face the reality. But he didnt take my hints seriously. He would just get annoyed and says that was a bad idea. And then as time passes, I can see through his behaviour that how his feelings are getting firm. At that time, I was learning so much religious things and gotta know that it was prohibited for me to talk unnecessarily to Non Mahrams(i.e non blood relatives &strangers which included my cousin too). I said this cleary to him and started to avoid him as much as possible.
I was second year in clg. And Finally the day came when my granny asked me with curious eyes "*** machana katikriya d ?". GOSH I almost exploded at the way she asked as if asking "shall I order fries". And the rest is history. Then the news got spread and after few days my cousin came to home due to his day-offs. Dude he looked so depressed with all the dark circles and he lost so much of weight. I was shocked to see him like tht and couldn't meet his eyes. The guilt was killing me and I apologized him through my texts even though I dont know where I went wrong. He replied with "It's not your fault". That's it.

When I was in a 7th grade I had many crushes like boys who look good and then I saw a boy who was very good among others.
