Every video you make you are both improving.... you still want to go too quick ( but nothing like you used to) and he still wants to video you and not the house ( but again he’s getting better ) ... one thing I will say is don’t feel like you have to rush through a room if there are other people there... stand your ground and do your video.

okay Caroline ,so i have watched a few of your videos . one thing for sure is this camera guy is in love with you, adores you and your body. you hit really amazing properties. i can see him try in the most recent videos to capture surroundings but he foucus on your body its too obvious. so now when i see you putting up a new video, i wont auto click to watch due to quality. Sad as i watch every property video that falls on my lap. you have a great personality but the videos are a a little unwatchable. you can still talk while he shows the room, but when you talk he gives up the room and places camera on you.

Tips :
1. Please go slow with the tour. Show the rooms, kitchen, other areas in more detail. Check out videos of other vloggers doing luxury house tours. Check out few videos of luxury new york house tours for getting better ideas.
2. Camera guy is too focussed on you. Yes you are pretty, but he is hired to shoot the house. He should focus on the details of the mansion.

I'm sorry, but no! I like Ms Caroline, but this house just does not say $10mil to me. In fact, many of the properties I've seen her showcase so far, do not say their listed price. Propertygrams and even Chakits Krulsawat properties are way more impressive and less expensive. But Ms Caroline has a special charm.
