Naan bread in the Air Fryer in six (6) minutes! Through trialing different recipes and timings I've finally been able to get this perfect. They taste great and are so soft and fluffy, and go perfectly with any of my curries or kebabs or even on their own.
This recipe is cooked in under 6 mins making it more convenient to use an Air Fryer than an ordinary conventional oven.

Ingredients:
500g plain flour
1/4 or 60ml warm water + 250ml warm water more.
30ml oil
30ml warm milk
2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon + 1/4 teaspoon dried active yeast
1/2 teaspoon of salt, baking powder and nigella seeds (kaulonji)
4 tablespoons butter
Freshly chopped coriander

Thanks for the recipe. I have to say Lattifi Inspired does the best Naan which I now use cooked on my new Tawa pan. They are so soft you can roll up your kebabs in them just like the takeaways.

How did it get stuck to the top when you placed it in the basket?! You probably did not prick the naan over with a fork to prevent it from puffing up.

Oh my goodness! This is the first time I've made Naan and been happy with it so much I'll be doing this every Sunday! I forgot to prick the first two but it did not affect the taste...puffed up sort of like pocket bread. I'm having a Beyond Meat Spicy Sausage Patty in half of one of the Naan right now. Hello! I saw your video about making naan bread in the air fryer and wanted to try it. But instead of using your recipe for the bread, I used Food Wishes recipe which I'd made two times before but his way of cooking it in super hot cast iron, filled my small house with smoke. I have a Ninja Air Fryer - Air Crisp is how they label it. I cooked it on 390°F, I'm in the USA. 3 minutes on one side, 2 minutes on the other. Mine were also smaller than yours in size by half, and it worked great! Thank you so much for showing me I could cook these in my air fryer. My house was not filled with smoke. Hurray!
