Parkinson's Disease is a progressive neurodegenerative movement disorder. So far we have not found any cure for it. All the known treatments can control symptoms mainly by replenishing low Dopamine reserves.
However, Lifestyle changes can help you to slow the progression of the disease.

She has Parkinson's for many years well controlled on minimal medication due to power of Yoga, meditation and healthy lifestyle.

Very nice and well explained.These can be done by normal person easily but for aPD patients sitting and lying on the floor will be difficult.Can you please make a video,Doctor,,with a PD patient doing the movements

🙏I am 61 and taking treatment for parkinson since January 19. I got TKR In my right knee April 21. Now the same problem is happening in my left knee. Dr suggested me for TKR. My main problem is inability to walk. Please clear my doubts how much will successful TKR surgery in parkinson patient. I regularly do yoga and exercise twice in a day. After take medicine I am able to do my routine work. Otherwise I can't walk. My body balance is perfect and my medicine still same. I am very optimistic.
