Using Stable Diffusion (1.5 or XL, either works) and refining such an upscaled image looks even better. BLIP can help if positive conditioning ("prompt") is needed, but it works without.
is kind a really difficult job, but if a video is just a bunch of images together, you could separate the frames, upscale everything, and, yeah, now you have an upscaled video.

So weird, it wouldn't run on my Ubuntu laptop so I tried it on my Windows 10 machine and it ran and did well the first image. But it made absolutely no difference to every other picture I tried! I'm baffled.
Can you keep the image size the same but improve the quality of the picture? For example, my images are 640 x 480 and would like to keep them the same size but improve the quality
Obviously. Topaz Gigapixel is miles ahead in actual detail retrieval,. The upscaling in and on itself is decent with upscalye, though no available preset is quite ideal. I would say (depending on the content) that setting-wise UItramix might be my preference and Ultrasharp at times as the best very specialized tasks. Remacri the best allrounder setting with the least exceptional output. The standard setting on upscayl however is unusable for most photography. The best denoiser Topaz is NOT however, and I would choose DxO and maybe On1 in a pinch over it any day

Once a correct folder is entered and upsacyl is clicked to start the process, how long does it take to finish the conversion? I will try other sites instead of Upscayl to see if they give me better results. At eh beginning do you select upscayl or settings? What folder did you enter as the output folderin the yioutube video? I hope you can solve my problems so at least I can compare the results to other websites. Please respond ASAP!!
I do recommend setting the output folder first which you can do in the settings tab. And it will keep that setting until you change it. The time it takes to upscale for me is only a few seconds, but that would ultimately depend on your CPU/GPU configuration what is the error you’re getting specifically?

After finishing 1 image, the warn pop up says "DECODING ERROR: Thisa image probably Corrupt" how i can fix it?
Does this happen with every image you try?
Yes and after that it says your GPU drivers are acting funny

Is it possible that Upscayl cost something since 1-2 days now? Apple Store says so and programm doesn't work anymore.

Unless you have the correct graphics card in your PC, Upscayl will not work. I found that out after futile attempts to get the program working at all.
