You have to go into your phone, then go to the houses/homes section. Once there, you should see a small shop icon on the left. Click that and find the A-Lister Building. (Note: You’ll need 50,000 credits before you can purchase it, and another 1,000 credits to buy the penthouse lot each game.)
I think this house is better than any other since this covers the entire penthouse rooftop and that you get a great view on the balcony as well
But sadly only works on a rooftop so it costs money and might be taken
