Love your video! I do have the quilted heart 14 in red and quilted tabby 20 in hay. I have the same experience. The heart's leather is so much smoother and soft to the touch but the tabby is more matte. Another difference is that both bags were caught in the rain....the heart ended up having dark spots where the rain touched it (scared me but it went away) and the tabby...nothing happened
