I am still confused why Modi government did not abolish the Places of Worship Act, WAQF Act and other anti-Hindu Artcles in Constition, Lawa & Acts during the time from 2014 till 2024 when BJP had a solute & decisive power to enact laws. If Modi government had abolished such laws during that time, there would not have had the need to send the WAQF Act amendment to the JPC.

There is a social discrimination among hindus within castes in entering various temples from time immemorial which is known to every body. Hence any thing with govt, all are eligible to worship. Further the important aspect is temples built by kings by using Kingdom money and all peoples physical work. After abolition Kingdoms democratic govt. came in. Naturally all those temples in possession of Kingdom have to come under govt. Due to agitation by people inview of mismangement temples the govt formed Departments to manage it. If any church or madaras buit by Kings with private or trust the govt should take over. Further all hindu temples built by private or private trust are mainained by them till today.. Private temples are not safe for women who are easily mismerised duplicate spiritual leaders. Asram baba in Rajasthan, Ram Rahim in Haryana. All are convicted by courts and now in jail. Premandha in Tamil Nadu died during imprisionment. Private temples are not safe for women who are easily mismerised duplicate spiritual leaders. Asram baba in Rajasthan, Ram Rahim in Haryana. All are convicted by courts and now in jail.
