Depending on the kind of orange and how sweet it is, it pairs very nicely with a bunch of pineapple sage. I love this sauce with any type of seafood or poultry, even PORK!!!
I made this recently but it turned out too sweet so I added a little salt, pepper and cream and that worked but thinking about afterwards I should have added some lemon. What would you do in my situation Chef?
Hi 🙂 Thanks for the comment and the question. In your situation, I would start by making sure that the orange juice you choose does not have much added sugar. Secondly, make sure you use salted butter. Lastly, your suggestion to use salt and (white) pepper, plus a touch of lemon juice is right on the money; very good instincts there 🙂👌
@@chefianskitchen135 Thanks Chef, I was probably more worried about getting pulp free juice more than sugar content at the time! Too many things to remember haha!
Many thanks Chef❤
Just found your channel! Really good stuff! (One tip: lower the music background while you explain the recipe)
Thank you for your kind comment and your tip 😊 I'm sure we can do something about the sound.
Thank you for your video and the great recipe, Can you tell me for how long can I store it in the fridge?
Do you have some measurements to start with making this at home?
Excellent teaching skills xx
Is there a written recipe?
Love your channel chef, Keep up the great work
Thank you very much ❤🙏

You're welcome 😊 Thanks for supporting the channel !
Hello chef, I don’t have that hand mixer thing, i was wondering if i could just heat it to dissolve the butter?

Pineapple sage sounds like a wonderful taste pairing! Very good combo on your part 🙂. I have some growing in my garden, so I'll have to try it myself.
