Beautiful look as always! Keep doing the faux liner! It’s gorgeous. I am 50 and have been doing it since I was younger than you are and I still do it when I feel I want to line. I use liner and smudge or a deep rich eye shadow as a liner. It looked awesome then, and it still does! You do you no matter what others say! You are a beauty!
I don't think there's anything wrong with spending your dolla dolla billz on some bougie a$$ makeup/beauty products because for some people that's a small luxury that they can afford (and to me luxury beauty is an experience because of the packaging). But is it necessary, absolutely not! Don't need to be so hard on the pricey pieces though, especially when you use so many.
Also, if you want something more lux you can save money to get it. And go buying these things over time lol!
Sometimes people get affected by a lot of lux products when they can use what they already have. 😌
thanks for sharing this! I totally agree with you. I would assume some or most viewers clicked on a review already have somewhat of a basic idea of the product or its brand. When I watch her review on something I simply want to know how it performs and decide if I would spend that dolla dolla billz...sooooo there's no need to guilt trip oneself for recommending a luxury item! We're all adults who can decide where to spend em' dollaz!

I imagine that sometimes it can be overwhelming, but just know that the effort you (and Dejan) put in your videos doesn't go unnoticed. in fact, it's easy to see how commited and dedicated you are. Just like others have pointed out I don't think you have to apologize. I feel like whoever watches you already knows that you love high end. Regarding the Tom Ford...I love love love the highlight shade. I feel like it's the only thing I own that really looks like nothing but actually makes me glow. I think it's funny how diff products can work for different people depending on skin type and taste.

I love Caudalie products and I'm jelly of your trip with them. Their ingredients are excellent. I've been overwhelmed with all the foundation releases but did get super excited for the MILK Makeup Foundation Stick - which I LOVE. Have you tried it yet, Lan! You've got me hooked on the NYX Bare primer - love that glow! AND I've been doing the bronzer as an eyeshadow this summer as per Lan, and get lots of compliments! 🌞❤🌞

Allana have you tried the rosewater toner by Cocokind? (Found at Shoppers Drug Mart) it has made such a difference in my skin. Didn't have it for two weeks and I was back to having desert skin. Didn't think it would do much when I first started using it but after a couple weeks I was like WOW 😁

I hate to tell you but many of us out here use more than one product from each class of product , on the daily. I use 3 mascara's a day, at least 2 or 3 blushes, 2 concealers, 2 powders and usually 2-3 lip products. When you have a lot of makeup it is sometimes the only way to give enough love to your products. Also, I like to play with the products.

Allana have you tried the Vapour stick foundation?? I know you've tried the bronzer! I feel like maybe it would be a good dupe for the Westman Atelier foundation! Probably not too much less in price but could be a good one to try!
I love the bronze glow. Damn girl. I have a darker skin tone and tan very easily and the way you always talk positively about getting a tan and such I'm not that worried about tanning anymore. Idk why I was before but somehow getting a tan was always something negative for me.

Loved the summer travel vids series. Was wondering if the Smashbox primerizer was comparable to the new hydro-grip MILK primer? Was contemplating getting that one. Thanks! --> I also tend to splash on more moisture at night, but under concealer / daytime wear, i restrict to one moisture, one primer/SPF combo, and concealer/tinted makeup. xx
