I was considering buying this brand on amazon. Thank you for your honest review! I will be staying away from these products. I've subscribed and liked your video. I will be watching more of your videos. Your honesty is so refreshing, thank you so much!
I think as consumers we need to be informed about what it is we’re working with. Essentially we’re playing in chemicals and contact dermatitis is a real thing along with other health risk. Personally I’ve decided to stop spending my money with companies that can’t or won’t provide a MSDS sheet. Thank you for such a detailed and informative review.
Thank you for sharing. I have been interested in learning to do acrylics for a while but very hesitant to get into it because I feel still so uneducated and don't want to cause harm to myself and this video helps.
I’m a quarantine nail enthusiast and I am so afraid of this and so I just went ahead and bought YN acrylic system, when I go to my local nail store I ask and they say no no no no mma, but I’m always so sketchy because I’m so new I didn’t know how to tell the difference so I’m so glad i found you
Great video sweety! IT is indeed realy important to know things like that👍👍👍i love to watch honnest video's a lot sweethart! So thank you again for sharing this with us💋❤
Thank you for sharing because many of us including myself will make purchases from RUclipsr's using a product. So safety should be first. You said nothing wrong about the last company and nothing wrong today. I too started out with inexpensive products and your correct it took me much longer to get it as well as cost me more money throwing out the cheaper brands, brushes and other products. What I have done is purchase a little more expensive monomer with a cheaper powder and hit and miss it worked out well.
It really does slow you down and cost more in the long run. Monomer can get pricey but I’d rather be safe and spend a little bit more. Thanks for watching!!
I am NEW to doing my own nails. I APPRECIATE your honesty!!! I rather use and see reviews on products that are safe to use. I love seeing different designs. It inspires me to try my version of it. The options are always there for people to try but I am more willing to try a product if its a better quality myself. Thank you for sharing !
This was the first monomer I purchased (with Mia secret powder) and phewwww I soaked, and soaked, and soaked… it would NOT come off. Then I asked for advice on a TikTok video and a woman told me that the monomer could have contained MMA, which I had read about but this product SAID MMA free… well I ordered the young nails monomer and cannot wait to try it. Saivland DOES stink, really bad.. and it dried way too quickly for me as a beginner. No consistency with the beads (for me personally..but I am super new with acrylic and I practiced for a while before attempting to do my own nails.) The biggest issue was with it not soaking off. Even filing it took foreverrrrr. It was super stressful.
This was absolutely “right on” and thankyou for being HONEST. Personally I’d let the CO. know and be done ! You did your “ due diligence” with this video and your thoughts. Anyone have a problem with it , they can “kick rocks” ! On to the next 👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏼💞💞💞
Just subbed after watching your monomer 101 video because Im a beginner and I dont want to use monomer with MMA. Thanks for covering MMA unlike others. 💁🏽♀️🖤✨
Verdie I so Love when u do these videos cause I've been looking to buy this and im so Glad i didn't ..I Live for your honesty i dont have no money to waste and i didn't like how it Yellowed ..Thank you so Much Friend..Girl I Love you So much u Keep it 100.and forevermore Loved
I’m glad the review was helpful. I know if I came in here and LOVED every single product I’d have a more successful channel, but I can’t do that. Thanks so much for watching.
I’m so glad I found you, I’m a small nail creator too, just posted my first short to you tube and I’m filming my first video this week 😬 I love what you do and just wanted to say keep doing you♥️ I love the content
Your totally right! Their powder is good but I would never use a cheaper brand monomer ! Only use companies I trust you can always ask for the msds fact sheet from any company this states all the ingredients in it
Yeah I have a lot of their dip powders and never had any complaints about it. I definitely will be sticking to the monomers that I know for sure are MMA free.
Young Nails has LOTS of colored acrylic! It's their slick pour line. They have liquid art to color the monomer, makes clear acrylic look like stained glass. It's very cool! The acrylic looks like it is a gel consistency when you removed it. Yikes
Wow thank you for sharing. I was seeing this company popping up more frequently with ppl using the acrylic powder since it is very cheap but like they say “You get whatcha pay for”. It’s just best to invest a little more in the long run.
Wow, I have been using Saviland polygel for years and just started nail school this week, i wanted to use the acrylic line but now i can't use it on a person, that sucks, would you still use them on the practice hand? Thank you for the video, I really needed this.
I have always appreciated and respected your honesty in your videos. It's why I subscribed and have stayed a subscriber to your channel 😊 Also can you do an ema/mma test with kiara sky monomer and acrylics? I'm interested to see if it holds up to the test. I know you've used the gelly tips but dont recall you ever testing their acrylics/monomer
I honestly haven’t had the desire to try their acrylic or monomer, but I may I’m the future. I know Long Hair Pretty Nails uses it, I’m not sure if she has done a soak off on camera. I may try it though. Thanks for watching.
I appreciate your rant. That said, please take out the "X" in the word "especially," no x in the word. But I love your honesty, so thank you for your truth. You have saved me a ton of money.
I just bought it from Amazon didn’t use it yet then I thought to see the reviews I wish I saw the reviews and your video before I bought it It clearly have mma in it I also bought the morovan professional acrylic kit from Amazon I’m a beginner what do you think about it’s monomer?
Hi there you have some amazing content, with the warning you gave about MMA you should be wearing gloves as your using an uncured product with possible MMA content, love your videos, stay safe x x
Thank you! I definitely appreciate these videos because I was not educated when I first started and that mma smells awful and you can definitely tell mma products from ema
No theoretical basis for judgment, Saviland products I have used, their acrylic liquid are EMA, also no harm to the human body. This person has hacked another brand's products before and now they are doubting this brand's products. If you think there is a quality problem with a brand's product, bother to show formal test reports and documented instructions!
I don't know why your videos and always negative and dishonest with these good brands, such as Modelones and Saviland. Actually, these brand are pretty good and their products are really affordable for manicures. I am afraid you asked the brand for benefits but they refuse. I hope girls can see good products with eyes but not people's words. We love these brands and they are really good to use.
I used my eyes and that monomer definitely doesn't act like ema. Some products can be good from a brand and some can be bad. It doesn't make a whole brand necessarily bad but especially with monomer, you do need to pay attention. That monomer doesn't flake off like ema does. It's gooey/slimy and sticky like MMA. MMA tends to be a horribly strong and a bit of fruity smell for some reason. In which case, that's what she experienced. Being critical of things is important. Just blindly going with the word of a company isn't safe. Just blindly loving everything from a brand over some good products isn't safe. Just blindly sugarcoating things isn't safe. You can continue to use it, but she won't bc she sees characteristics of MMA in that monomer and she's not willing to take that risk. Also, affordable doesn't mean better. Often times MMA is drastically cheaper than ema, hence why a lot of chop shops use them still.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's a freaking duck. This monomer acts like mma (I've never seen ANY ema do that), so I'm choosing to believe that it IS mma.
Damn straight.. finally Someone else who Cares what we promote. Licensed nail tech 20 yrs. Thank you for giving back to the community.

That’s a very good way to approach buying products, because a lot of the chemicals can be dangerous. Thanks for watching!

Another necessary and important video. Thank you.

@Sam-pg9hr I just brought, I didnt know about mma, my beads dried too quick and took ages to file in shape, but will I get ill from this? 😟

The smell and yellowing is definitely MMA

You definitely do get what you pay for. Thanks for watching!
I'm self taught as well. I bought some Morovan monomer from Amazon. It was horrible.
I haven’t heard of them. We definitely have to be careful with monomer.
Yes it is... It was a nightmare to be used...
I have heard of this brand, I have a friend who used their crystal liquid, not very good, I did not buy it.
Have you tried to get the stain off with a Magic Eraser??
It is MMA free as you can see that Keystone is their manufacturer, you can ask them to provide with SGS and MSDS.
That's true.
Wow, I have been using Saviland polygel for years and just started nail school this week, i wanted to use the acrylic line but now i can't use it on a person, that sucks, would you still use them on the practice hand? Thank you for the video, I really needed this.
If there’s is MMA in the monomer is not safe to breathe it in either.
@@LovedbyVerdieNails Dang, I wish companies used correct labels and didn't lie or cover up things for profit. Thank you for saving my money.
Hi girl, do not worry about it. I have used it for a whole year, you can ask the brand to provide with MSDS or SGS. It is EMA monomer.

I haven’t tried that brand. I have a feeling it’s the same brand as Saviland but I haven’t been able to confirm.

Thanks Andrea. I’ll def consider the gloves.
Thank you! I definitely appreciate these videos because I was not educated when I first started and that mma smells awful and you can definitely tell mma products from ema

No I didn’t file it. Just soaked it off.
