MORETON ISLAND - TOWING 6M PLATE BOAT & SEADOO

In this episode we take on the famous Moreton Island in QLD. Straight off the bat we come across some carnage while towing the big boat off the barge. We get stuck into some epic Tuna fishing on the Seadoo and tour the island to get amongst all it has to offer. Grab a beer and tune in!

Hey mate, we didn’t book a particular number we just booked the north west zone and then pulled up in that camp within the zone. Had a post out the front saying CP2. Hope that helps 🍻🍻🍻

We used two drones here bro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro and the DJI Mini Pro 4. All the tuna action and surfing footage was done with the mini. We’d recommend the Mini Pro 4, they are an unreal little set up. Shoot in 4K and only weigh 250g.

It’s probably less about the camera and more about post production mate! Shooting in RAW and then spending the time on the colour grading later on. 🤙🏼

You guys could have just undone the towball & rotated the tongue 180° and then reattached towball with nothing but a shifter. This would've raised the drawbar atleast 150mm higher and saved everyone alot of dickin around trying to raise the entire trailer & boat with chocks. Hope this info helps for anyone else in similar situations.
