    Doing this requires discipline that 90% don't have. Next month, "put that boiler on CC", next year... "we need to consolidate". And max them out again. The American Dream.
    It's sort of like telling general public to drive a race car. Yeah, it's possible, but one would be spinning every 10ft with traction off.

      You're definitely right, however when you really think about it, what you're saying is true of almost anything. I don't have the discipline to learn how to drive a race car or speak Mandarin, but the main reason why is that I have other priorities that are more interesting to me right now.
      But the moment I decide to learn how to race cars, my only option is to learn the basics from scratch and spend the first 1,000 hours of swerving all over the road and gripping the steering wheel for dear life.
      There's no shortcut to learning new skills. We're all bad at the beginning, but if it's something we think is worthwhile we're going to eventually get better over time and start to enjoy it when we do.
