Hey guys, put some solid struts in place of the rear shocks. You'll have a better chance of wheelies then. The rear suspension is absorbing a lot of the torque, preventing wheelies.
This was my recommendation as well. Short wheelbase and driver up front needs good weight transfer and the shocks are killing it. If all else fails put smaller tires on it.
This was awesome, I wanted to research someone doing this because I plan on putting my skidoo 670 ho motor in my go kart, amazing build can’t wait to start mine
We got this 94c for a tapered 30mm shaft on amazon but it's out of stock now: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005DUNCMA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1. We haven't used the 780 driver yet so can't speak to that but so far the driven pulley has done well
Look for belt slippage and cvt engagement. To me it seems you're too high in rpms just to get it to move. I put a Chinese 125cc motor in place of the honda gx 200 and predator 212cc on my son's hammerhead t-80. It was fast!
@BuildBreakRepeat that's what I was thinking. Maybe find a shorter belt. Although adjusting the engine mount to be further back wouldn't be a bad idea. That or lengthen the rear end. I had to lengthen my son's to fit the 125cc. It WAS a fun kart. He wrecked it really bad doing donuts.
Long live 2 stroke!!!! Awesome build guys! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
A 2 stroke conversion is always a good day!
Yep! And a Good Idea! 😃
I am glad that you didn't waste those dead spiders.
The 2-stroke smoke gives them a nice flavor!
I need to rip this thing 😭
Here's one for the algorithm. This has gotta be one of the smoothest start of a project ever!
Great video guys! Love the new toy too.Once you space the cage up a bit you can go nuts without banging the helmets like a pinball ;)

Thanks for the tip!

Went to build a “Wheelie Machine” and built a badass cart
Nice work guys!!!!
Thanks Mike!
Cool build guys. May need to put some wheelie bars on it so it doesn't flip. lol

Oh yea.... the flag made it legit! 🤙
King video.
Yammy bond ! I worked at a big dealer shop and we sold shelves full of that . Everyone said it was the best out there .great fun build guys 😄
Just wanted to say happy thanksgiving
Careful with the carb tuning, make sure the engine gets enough two stroke oil...
cool project! love the 2 stroke, lean is mean! keep goin down on that jet and maybe get a real pipe for it and im sure itll scream
The engine could use another mount also. You can see it moving when you give it gas.
Isn't that just the suspension pivoting?
@@shithead Does not look like it to me
Can you let me know the measurements for the steel piping for barracuda I’m looking to do a similar build soon
Wow! You guys got Big!! (Yes, it has been a while). Love two stroke powered stuff. Wankel, Too!! 😉 Say Hi to Daniel for Us!! 😁😃🙏⛪🌞
Thanks for sticking with us and glad you like the new project! We've been keeping in touch often and he watches the videos when they come out
Why did you use a 1 inch yard cart axle when Gopowersportes has 1.250 racing axles that will better handle that kind of power?
It'd be cool if you could show the rotary quad to Rob dahm
I don't see the link for the duster 94c clutch. I have the 780 from go power sports and it sucks.

It looks like the Hong Kong phooey wagon

The belt is definitely too loose, we are going to need to adjust our mounts to allow for more tensioning. That sounds like a fun kart!

Why is everything yall build so tip flipover happy. Maybe make it wider by alot 🤔
I am doing a motovox 212 engine swap any advice?
Sweet! One thing we ran into was if you're running a torque converter you may need an engine riser plate. Other than that the swap was pretty simple
Thanks!@@BuildBreakRepeat
Was a hoot! How is college going?
Thank you! We're all out of college now, Jason got his Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and I got a Master of Architecture
Grinding chain and didn't even bother to stop and fix it...
Am I trippin or did he put str8 gas in there ?
Just found the channel recently, but the upload schedule sucks.
looks boring.. .
