there's a legit argument that cruz isn't an american citizen.
dunno if it would prevail (has to do with whether his mom lived in US w/in 10 years of his birth ... which Cruz's mother didn't) but his whole argument is distilled bad-faith taint

    Claim: Undocumented people vote
    Proof:
If your argument against the bill is based on conjecture and hearsay and you can not substantiate your claims, then this should be the road marker dad turns around and asks, "DO WE NEED TO PULL OVER?"

"Again, does the Senator have any evidence, one example he can reference, anything at all?"
    "Democrats Democrats Democrats."
"I'll take that as a 'no,' thank you Senator. I yield the remainder of my time."

It's a circular argument that, unfortunately, works extremely well on the ignorant. Dems are bad, so anything they want to happen must be bad. If dems prove its not bad, that proof is bad because dems present it. If republicans are asked to prove dems are bad, either they (rarely) can, and reinforce dems bad. If they can't, well dems are bad and made it impossible to prove it because they're bad. It's the way fundamental Christians and other religious extremes who literally interpret their own texts reject science and history. It's fun to argue with in college, because it really tests the rigors of your own knowledge and understanding of that knowledge (like a polar opposite of proving God to a non-believer, except backed by tangible evidence), but really dangerous when elected officials use that logic to justify being evil pieces of shit.

Exactly, Cruz drowned himself with bad faith rhetoric. All they did was ask very simple questions. It was suicide by logic, something he continues to live through, which is beginning to make me think he's brain dead.
