This video is one of my all time favourites, I have it on a playlist and I just noticed I have not given it a like! Had to correct that right away. Sounds and looks today as good as it did the first time I saw it. This is beautiful and feels to me timeless like there is no time present and all time present at once. Besides I like keys, they belong to the group of everyday items that have a strong connection to life and memories in my mind. Congratulations for the two years anniversary of the channel and thank you for making great videos for us!
Wow, your comment really made my day. Thank you for that. This is still my favorite of all the videos I've done. Not only because of the sounds (though if I did it again, I would shake things a little less), but because of the attempt to use visual cues to place the video in another time. But it was only my fifth video, and I had so few subs then. I always thought this video was made a bit too early to get the audience I wish it had, but I'm still very pleased with it, and that's what matters. Beginner's luck, perhaps? lol Best to you.
I don’t often watch “no talking” videos, but you had mentioned this one in your 25 questions video, so I wanted to check it out. And . . . it’s wonderful! There’s a nice sense of story and discovery in the set up and presentation. Enjoyed it very much 🔑
YAY, a comment on an old video! Love that. (Weren’t we just talking about that on stream?) “Story and discovery”, what a wonderful description, thank you. I’m so glad you like the video - thanks so much for being here.
Friends, I hope you like this no-talking sound exploration of some old keys. I’ve found that I’m really taken with the sounds from 15:40-16:50, and may explore those kinds of subtle sounds more thoroughly in a future video. And you will see the other contents of that box more closely in the future, too. ;-) Relax and enjoy!

I want to get hundreds of old keys like that and hang them from my ceiling in my bedroom. That would be neat.
That would be outstanding. :-)
