@@isaku1978 if you're low on health the game will drop more health syringes, and if you're low on ammo it will drop more of that. Both of these item categories take away drop slots for loot. So, the more ammo and health you have, the less likely the game will drop it for you, and the higher your chance of getting loot.
Just learned how to play these games with my kids in 2018. Today in 2024, I'm enjoying coming back to Borderlands2 and I'm having lots of fun learning with this video so, thanks!
I never really farm side quests themselves, only ones that have respawning bosses like doc mercy or boll, but if I were going to farm a side quest, it would be Rocco's modern strife. if you put the Goliath flag at the bottom of the hill where all the loaders spawn, you pretty much have a 100% chance of spawning a fatal god-liath (he also makes the quest really easy because he completely vaporizes everything in his path) every time I play that quest I end up getting at least one really good piece of gear, last time I got a super strong Jacobs assault rifle
if I'm doing a Maya run my favorite quest is the clan war quests, more of the last quest where you chose who to kill and if you kill the hodunks and farm him you'll get the slagga which is something thats a must basically till around lvl 60, its just what ever is strong enough XD

I hate rubberized and rolling thunder they are awful and also I don't like homing. You have no control on these two types and they're not good for anything. The greatest are lobbed and longbow with 0.0 delay. Anyways I have a problem. I'm kind of stupid and I can't understand something. Never played with Gage before but I've got rapid Infinity from doc Mercy and I can't use the shit. It says mag size 0 and can't reload wtf? What did I do wrong or is that some kind of bug?
@@diavolo23231Smaller, Lighter, Faster reduces the mag size. This skill belongs to ordered chaos skill tree. If u've invested in it (the most possible cause) then you can't use infinity pistol.
only time I have seen a lyudmila so far was for sale from the machine in front of vault hunter hq in sanctuary for 636k. i sold pretty much everything I owned to buy it
If you are on xbox one you can save before turning in the quest and after turning in the mission you'll have to sign out if you didn't get the varient that you wanted.
I love farming Tinder Snowflake as you can get a wide variety of legendaries from him. Been farming him for days and days now! Once I get to 500 Eridium I go to Flamerock Refuge and put it into Tina's slot machines. I have had three Pearlescent's doing this (Sawbar, Bearcat and Avenger). Left the Bearcat in the bar as I heard it was rubbish! lol
I found my Infinity poison one at the train and slaga is the best with it as salvador not grog nozel will negate the infinite ammo thing. you'll run out of ammo not because of infinity but the grog nozzle
It took me 3 days of reseting on PS3 to get the slag redundant fibber and it was worth it, with me being lv 50 and it also being lv 50 so it was a win win for me.
Note to self: Do not bulk collect the hyperion ammo box in the Legendary loot midgets room in The wildlife expoltation reserve and collect the note for the mission doctors orders. In short do not collect ammo in that room unless you are careful. Man I am so pissed off at myself.
Funny story, i was playing Borderlands 2 to get a skullmasher from Rakkanoth and when i kill him the gun when through the floor as i was like "WTF" until i open the chest on the right and was shocked to see a lv 72 Skullmasher. I am not lying and to this day that was my most luckiest moment in Borderlands 2 so far.

Yeah this is an old video and im a BL noob but im going through all these experiences for the first time and its so dang fun! So, I got the fastball nade for the first time and its only a level 35. I am a level 42 Maya playing TVHM and im still 1 shot killing almost every enemy in the 42-44 level range with fastball. lol Its awesome!! It doesnt 1 hit kill shielded level 42+ bad ass enemies or most high tier enemies but I usually just take some of there shield down than throw the HEATER and they dead!! I love this nade...feel like Nolan Ryan in these wastelands! Haha
Should of added on doctors orders aside from the loot midgets midgets can spawn from those egg sacks hanging ive gotten 6-7 midgets checking each sack and yellow ammo chests . You can farm 5 red chest in total if you finish the area. You can even farm tubbys in the area where pimon and tumbaa spawn and timon and tumbaaa drop 2 legendarys so they can ne farmed aswell. And you can even farm the big moth in the area you fight bloodwing for the legendary snipper. Just make sure to kill him inside the arena and not when hes flying away or outside the area because he drops his loot and it may be on a ceiling where you cant go. Doing a full run in order will start from the spawning spot in annex clear that room first. Check the sacks and chest and the lockers as they spawn from there too. Head to pimon area check for tubbys and pimon tumbaa shoot all the sacks then head up into the bridge at the end of the bridge closest to the annex entrance theres a huge mushroom you can jump on from the bridge then jump up into the cliff theres your first red chest. Now head back on track and kill the ultimate badass before the midgets before going in to the loot midget area clear the next room that has the typhoon stalkers. Shoot the sacks ive had 3 midgets pop out from all 3. Tjen head back do the midgets and grab your second red chest. If you dont want to farm the moth or the other 3 red chest and maybe more midget spawns thats up to you. If you do finish the area. 2 red chest await at the end and the fifth is where you first start the area with hyperion. Just jump off from bloodwings area on top of the ceiling and run past the big pipes keep going until you see two yellow ammo chest and hit the switch next to it to open the electrical door for your 5 red chest. Yes red chest give you legendarys aswell.
#1 = I can spawn a possible 4 loot midgets in a session but if you accidentally picked the echo log in the box only 3 midgets will pop out in your next load. Anyway my farms are most of the time had not been productive, those midgets keep dropping ancient relics. I don't know if I just have a bad luck, I keep my ammo and health high before each killing hit but the little buggers keeps giving out relics. But midget hunting here is more practical compared to Thousand Cuts because you get a guaranteed 3-4 midget (if you not pick the echo log in the box) unlike in Thousand Cuts where it is complete random, one session you can get 4 then the next load you can get 1 then the next load you can even get none
number 10 is in the three horns divide map, that is the starting map, and why the enemy's level is very high or according to your level. when I tried it, the enemy level was very low compared to me, so I got a less good farm.

It is during the best side quest. The 4 loot midgets in the wildlife preserve. You say something about having full health and ammo effects the drop rate. I have never heard about that before. I am curious about all the variables.
So a while ago i didnt understand that Grog Nozzle was a quest thingie. And i saw a thread where a guy said he fix any gun you wanted. I now have a permanent Grog Nozzle :P
All of these high level 72 farming videos should have this disclaimer. Any weapon you spend hours and hours to get.......will be worthless in three to five levels. So what is the point until you do reach the level cap. About the only thing worth farming is the purple eridium (however you spill that) blocks so you can upgrade your ammo capacity. With some characters such as Gaige you cannot use such as the Infinity pistol if you have certain skills........some of these things one finds out the hard way. So I just plod along, matching weapons to the game as I go. Playing solo puts forward strategy and a bit of caution but is much more fun even though the game does punish the simple buyer of the game at the game store, from the lack of best weapons to having to have some twitter account to access the chest in sanctuary............. So I just play the game and worry not about farming as I was cured of that when I farmed Doc Mercy 34 drops to get an Infinity pistol and it was useless about five levels later. All beginners........wait to farm until you are at least level 61, not much difference after that so .........but first play through weapons become obsolete very fast. Cheers!
I didn't pick up any of the echos for the DRs orders mission and I wasn't getting drops from the midgets. so I picked up 1 echo 1/4 and the legendaries started dropping. I also get 4 LLM from all 4 boxes
i have all the elemental variations of the infinity pistols. i had to farm them a second time because i accidently lost them while making room in my inventory and someone in my party picked them up
I think the mission in captain Scarlet's dlc that earns you a sand hawk should be on here, but I don't disagree with any of your picks, I get its only 10 spots available 👌
