Infiltration of Water through Soil

The process through which surface water seeps into the soil is known as infiltration. Based on the type of soil, they show a difference in the time taken and amount of water allowed to pass through them. In fact, the surface water from any source that is water bodies, rain, or that from human activities percolate through soil and gets stored as ground water. The video demonstrates the process of infiltration of water through different soil samples.
