Electrochemical cleaning and marking - tutorial

How to do electrochemical cleaning, electropolishing welding seams and marking. In this Linde Group tutorial, we are using the SuperCleanox VI cleaning unit from Reuter to electropolish TIG welding seams. The tutorial shows how to connect the carbon fibre brush and how to use it properly. Depending on the condition of the weld seam, you may have to brush the carbon fibre brush several times to get the best result. Once you have completed the cleaning process, this Linde tutorial shows how to dissolve contaminants and remaining electrolytes. In the second part of our electrochemical cleaning and marking tutorial we move on to marking, an intentional oxidation process that penetrates the surface of a metal workspace. AGA and Linde show how to use the marking unit to get the best marking results.
