      Hey random question, how do u build upper bicep tendons.
      I mean like my bicep curling tendon is denser than they upper part, so am just wondering if u have any clues on it.

    • @dadno_sound4533
      @dadno_sound4533 9 месяцев назад +24

      The 264lb no foot snatch looks like lightweight after his 600lb squat... then I remember I've only ever hit 245lb on a squat and he's throwing more weight than that overhead like its nothing

    • @mikeblxde4735
      @mikeblxde4735 9 месяцев назад +9

      He still had his feet screwed on, I don't understand what that means

    • @hrsmp
      @hrsmp 9 месяцев назад +20

      @@mikeblxde4735 it means you're not jumping. Therefore you have to accelerate barbell higher. Basically rely a lot more back, and barely use legs. In no foot snatch you have to keep the bar a lot closer to your body, can't really allow it to swing away during the extension because you can't correct for the path by jumping forward/backward. Also no foot snatch suits Clarence's super low hips starting position a lot more, you don't really need to cover the bar with your shoulders at the start with this variation.

    • @hrsmp
      @hrsmp 9 месяцев назад +3

      Usually no foot is like an 80% of a normal snatch or so? Although for example Lasha did 200 kg no foot snatch for a double. I guess it depends on how stong a person's back & upper body are relative to their legs.

    • @alubchicken
      @alubchicken 9 месяцев назад +11

      160kg no foot snatch is so much more impressive than any 300kg back squat lmao, the amount of skill required to express your strength in a 160kg snatch is out of this world, no amount of gear could teach any powerlifter how to snatch 160kg, unlike a 300kg squat you can do as a bloatlord with lots of gear.
