It’s sad the system is set up this way. Imo, it should be investigated and if a person is abusing the report system THEY should receive a ban.
nah they shouldnt recieve a ban their reports should just be taken less serious. Banning someone for reacting in the moment to a crappy game would kill it even more yall act like you dont report ppl for looking sus when they just better than u.

@@Derkman99 you misinterpret what im saying, i dont think anyone should be falsely banned over someone reporting for nothing but you gotta understand that sbmm claims to put you against your own skill level so if you have someone dropping 40 kills and everyone else has 6 that report may be false but the kids reporting believed it to be true. Acivision needs a support team rather than a robot dealing with reports. I do agree on some of your points though im just saying having a report with a touch of a button with raging hormonous teenagers playing this game is just gonna happen and if you van them youre gonna be waiting in que for years cuz thats a majority of the games playerbase.

No one probably told you - but about two days ago there was an “update”. That “update” prevented me from playing with my friends. We’d join up in a party and the game would say that we were all party leaders. There was a lock on everything with a note that said “purchase game to play”. You know what was accessible? Warzone, lol. It’s like they were trying to force ppl to play it.
This world we live in now where trash-talk is "offensive" is so crazy to me. Insecure people are too much.

It's not just because you trash talked someone. People just report someone cause they are assholes or someone destroyed their ego. I gotten two warnings. I don't even know if console has chat and my name isn't even offensive. And its sad because people don't review these reports so you can easily get banned. Idk if this always happened or recently with the patch but so many people are posting about it. At this point half of the community will be banned. :0
Picked up mw2 last week and there's fun to be had. Party modes are where it's at. Won an all or nothing with 14 kills and said "yeah". Immediately had a popup about being reported for text chat

The bans in the game are crazy because they don't review them. If you are just reported because someone doesn't like you, you'll get banned.
I genuinely haven't played a CoD game since MW3 so I don't even understand the UI anymore. Maybe just try gun game or infected if they still have those? Those used to be a fun break from the monotony of playing the same old gamemode for the 10,000th time.
Josh, your setup for the X12 had very little recoil but I still say if you run the FT steelfire muzzle, the Sidewinder barrel, the pistol stock, the Ftac OL-Z grip, and the red dot or mini pro optic (all tuned as far up and to the right as possible in my case but the tuning is really up to you) that you'll love it. It has pretty much no recoil out to 100+ meters to the point you can out snipe people with a 9mm
If you had the base knife equipped and shredder equipped, they shouldve made it where you use shredders knives on his hands instead of holding the knife and that counted to the base knife.

I have received that penalty about five or six times. As a result, I stopped playing that version and went back to MW 2019. Now when I go back into MWII, I just keep to myself unless I am with friends.

I use weird weapons/setups that tend to piss people off whenever i do well. like the crossbow and a shotgun with slugs and a short barrel. Ended up getting banned so much in three days that i got comms banned for 14 days, 3 days after my previous 14 day comms ban started. (Didn’t even have a mic on)

Yup, never gonna fix it, several of my friends are either perm comms banned or keep getting extended and they only shit talk when the other team starts it. It's all about being too good and the peeps are butthurt. I'm not even good and still get reported for my username being offensive.

Do some hipfire builds. They're surprisingly good in close quarters. It's how I leveled most of my guns when Shipment first dropped.
So many people use hacks and Cronus that people either use it as an excuse to report or because they legit think you are. I was called a hacker last night and someone who wasn’t in the party but was on my team had 2 more kills them.

If I remember correctly back in MWR we were able to equip our knives separately from the primary and secondary weapons. They should’ve kept that system allowing for more variation in knives

It's not just MW with ai report systems like this. It has sadly become the norm along with characters/loot crates/skins/weapons, excetera in the majority of online games.
Tko you should try the.50GS pistol. I use it with sa fifty trigger and mini red dot and you can get 1 shot kills most of the time. Shoots slow but it's a beast.

A streamer i watch named Punch pretty much got permanently banned for the same thing. People just getting butt hurt because they got shit on in game, crazy. I don't see how you can voice comm banned, and people don't even check on the validity of the report. But with the current state of CoD it makes sense i guess...
