I have loved my Bernia Artista 180 for many years. Now that I have retired I plan on using more and learning things that I did not in the beginning. I am a novice and need all the help I can get. So very happy to find videos to guide me as I learn. There is no Bernina shop less than 2 hours away. Thank you for the video.
Again, same here. I've had the 180 for years, and have used it off and on, but now have time and interest in learning more. But it's an old model. I was happy to see some videos on the 180. Make more!
Love my Bernina 180E Embroidery Machine. I bought my machine in 1998. In 2014, I made the Hoopsisters “Jacobean Journey” Embroidered Quilt. Quilt Turned out beautiful with no machine embroidery problems.
Lol... Thanks for responding Michelle. Please make more videos. You have no idea how much this has helped me. In the meantime, let me search for those tapes😂
Hi Michelle I own a Bernina165E which I've had since 2003. I never really used it because I was intimidated due to fear. I recently decided to start embroidering. But I still couldn't understand how to use most of the features even after reading the manual. Your video is extremely helpful. It has helped me tremendously! Now I feel that I am ready to confidently use my machine. Or if there are other videos online for this machine please let me know where I can find them. Please please please make more videos using this model. I would like to see things like hooping fabric, feet uses, stabilizers and more. Thank you so much sharing your knowledge.
Sorry, but I don't know. I have never actually used the embroidery features as I discovered that I am missing some pieces. One day I may give up hope of them turning up and fork out the money on replacements, but so far I've kept busy with the sewing functions.
Thank you so much, this is fantastic information, so happy that its still on RUclips, as the beautiful Bernina machines last forever 🧵❤️✂️

Same here! The only problem now is making sure the old stuff works with the new stuff ie. software, cords, etc.

Hi Jeannette,
I'm so glad to have helped! I just had to turn those VHS tapes into a version I could use with my iPad. 🙂

Good afternoon I was just wondering what embroidery foot you use on this machine
