Robson's Jiu-Jitsu has always been incredible. Technical and unorthodox.
I remember you, I rolled with you at ATT coconut Creek. I love your unorthodox armbar too.
Yes it's an honor to be under the RMNU umbrella
He's instructional dvd was my first BJJ learning material back in '08. I still use the pistol grip for everything because of him. Also, Robson be on that Jared Leto regiment. He never aged a day.
Bro, the Jared Leto regiment, had me in stitches. Its SO true
legend
Definitely see some broken toes coming if some trys to kick free
Possibly if you do not keep pressure and their legs extended. But as he has it shown your leg doesn't have much power to kick out. Additionally its just kind of slid in and the only way you could kick out the gi would slide out of the toes. So should be low potential unless you as the top person are being really lazy.
This.
Who tf cares about a broke toe
@@LOLLYPOPPE IKR!? I Broke Myself off in a Man's Cheeks, because I'm THAT hardcore. These CatBoys are crying about a broken toe!!
Once you clap a man's Cheeks, you change forEVER!!!
@@LOLLYPOPPE lol true dat
Robsen has the best hair in jiu-jitsu.
that's frickin cool!!!
Genius
Just had a seminar with him yesterday 😮
I’ll try it & let you know if it works……😊
Ha ha hahaaa!! I love it!!!! Totally new and cool.
Robsons BJJ Fusion BJJ DVDs were amazing. Some of those techniques have been part of my game for the best part of ten years.
I'm really interested in how his game has changed.
Looks like a good way to break a toe. Seems like an over under pass with extra steps
Must be a IBJJF hall of famer yourself lol
@Kodiak Combat Collective lmao not that deep, just trying to say that if it’s worked in a competition against a legend like Jeff glover I’m sure it’s a pretty effective and a surprising pass for those not acquainted with it
@@ICantPayThe_IRS weird how we don’t see anyone else making it work at the highest level 🤔
Also, I’m a purple belt, so that’s not nothing
Also, also, in my opinion, it’s not good technique if it relies on your opponent being ignorant to it.
@@chcknpie04 honestly, no point in arguing. If the technique doesn’t match your preference of style then that’s okay! But to say that it just doesn’t work without actually trying it yourself is a bit unfair to assume. But hey, you do you man :)
Congrats on the purple belt man! I’m only a 3 stripe blue belt so I suppose you’re word is superior to mine. I think most purples belts would know though that there are plenty of moves out there that specifically rely on the ignorance of your opponent kinda what bjj is all about after all. Reacting to what your opponent give you!
Probably shouldn’t do combat sports if you’re afraid of a broken toe
@bernardofariabjjfanatics is the head escape available? I don’t find it in your website
I’ve seen it before, he used it recently vs Tom Barlow at the last Polaris
It's a good detail...but your opponent is not moving around from the initial position. His hips are separated, you have grips, gravity and the around pinning them. Just swivel your head And move past their guard.
