I’ve been putting sidesaddle for a couple of years. I adjusted my setup and hand position last month after viewing your videos and noted instantaneous improvement. Thanks, oh, and I’m from Soldotna, Alaska.
    Keep up the good work!

Hey Tim! Happy to have helped and always love hearing from fellow Alaskans. You play out at Birch at all? If you're interested in a Bomar, shoot me an email as we'll hook it up with the AK discount: brittany@bomarputting.com

Yes, I’m a member at Birch Ridge . . . can’t wait for the snow to melt.
I’m blind in my left eye. It is a booger to read greens with pitiful depth perception but the sidesaddle method allows me to get aligned properly.

@@akdrbowser That's awesome as we've known the Cowan's for many years and Bill Enberg is a close family friend and was my golf psych while I played on tour. Fingers crossed you get out on the links soon and give Bill hell for me :)

Just started yesterday. Short putts soooo much easier love it. Long putts will take a while though. What I don’t understand is why do you set up with your right foot forward and not in the natural position if you were going to roll the ball by hand. I had to put my right foot back. Right foot forward just felt way too awkward and it felt like it was getting in the way.

Hey Larry, thanks for reaching out! Reasoning behind having your right foot slightly forward from your left is to help with alignment/ keeping your body square to the target and as a reference for ball position. If you lead with your left foot that normally opens your body/hips too much and you’ll end up pushing putts. Hope that helps :)
With the long putts just focus on how far back you would naturally take your hand if you were gonna roll the ball to the hole.
