One suggestion never grease variator rollers .. if you grease them then overtime it will catch all the best dust and instead of rolling those rollers woll start sliding and wearout on one side ...so after few days it will gove problems. Rollers are by defult smooth sp as long as you clean it and keep it dry it will work fine

राजवीर जी नमस्ते. आपने बी एस 6 गाडी की सर्व्हिस अच्छी तरह से की है. इस गाडी की typet सेटिंग आप कितनी रखते है. ओर कितने किलोमीटर मे करणी चाहिए. मेरे भी गाडी मे clutch cover मे कच कच आवाज आती है. मैने सर्व्हिस सेंटर मे दो बार दिखाया फिर भी ज्यादा फरक नहीं पडा.

Variator is never greased. No company recommends variator greasing. Variator rollers also not properly assembled. Today I am shocked to see your this clip.
@@ARVBrothers Well taken. Check from Honda workshop manual, you'll get your answer. You and me are not above a Manufacturer. You must also have serviced Kinetik Honda scooters. It is there that roller variator was stuffed with grease.
