Solid setlist! Due to their popularity, I would have to include either champagne supernova or Wonderwall. I would also like to hear noel sing half the world away acoustically while Liams voice gets a break.
its been 30 years so bare with me if i am mistaken lol. But if I recall BHN your Chicago 97, they came back out for encore and did Acquiesce and closed it out with Champaign which is SO AWESOME. Ill never forget it because very few people left and going out with the long solo was epic. Def would not mind that again (it may have been the other way around). .... heres a curveball would love to see Shock of the Lightning in there its my fav of their late stuff
Nice setlist 👍. I’m an American lifelong fan who’s going to the Rose Bowl show in Pasadena on 06Sep. I’ve been thinking about the ideal song order I’d like to see, and this is what I’ve come up with (so many classics to choose from👌): Fu€kin in the Bushes The Swamp Song Acquiesce Rock n Roll Star Columbia Hello The Shock of the Lightning Supersonic Some Might Say Go Let It Out Cigarettes & Alcohol Morning Glory Comin on Strong Lock All the Doors Cast No Shadow Live Forever NOEL LEAD VOCAL INTERLUDE: Sad Song Talk Tonight Don’t Look Back in Anger FINALE: Wonderwall (electric version)
Oasis is probably my favourite all time band but it's been 30 years and I still just can't digest almost anything beyond BHN, and even that wasn't perfect. Hello is the obvious opener but rock and roll star may actually be better. If they try something like Gas Panic alive or Cloudburst just wont work.I think it just wont work. I would prefer Up in the sky much better. I'd love an acoustic interlude with 3-4 songs and I don't think they could give up DLBIA or Wonderwall, But we will see... I could do with Go let it out and maybe one or two later songs, but I a preparing myself mentally for more. Still gonna be exciting to sing my heart out with everyone,
I feel all the Oasis shows are always top heavy with the first 2 albums then the rest of the albums or great b sides don't get a look in ....I would start the gig with Hello and keep Rock N Roll star for the end so you walk out of the stadium feeling like a rock star no covers this time round no need I would rather another Oasis tune ...Some Personal favourites I would like to hear would be .....Hey Now .... I hope I think I know...... Carry Us All............ lets All Make Believe
While this would be an ideal set list, too many songs for Liam. Although he's improved his vocals significantly, sadly don't think his voice can handle it. He'd need to take breaks in between. Hence, I'd expect a Noel song every few songs. The only way I'd want to see the play Dyou Know What I mean is if they'd do with an orchestra. Could work if the swung into it right after Masterplan and Whatever.
Nice one
