    this device has become a headache for me... step by step ..reset, please rebind, device connected please wait...bluetooth connecte network connected sound , the count binding begin when reach 90% ... please rebind network error ... biding failed , failed to add device , contact custmer service ????? no address to contact or tecnical support on screen updated app, the same ..

    We ended up exchanging this model for the slimmer version ruclips.net/user/postUgkx0jZ_lGlDVJhDnmagEU8gn47cmfPNlLQU because it was too wide for the only door trim area that made sense to mount it on. However, we should have just noted the dimensions prior to purchasing. Otherwise, we love the doorbell. It works perfectly, and the video is very clear, even at night.

    It was a easy setup for me. But what I don't get is I think the only time the camera work is if the doorbell is wrong. What about if? I just want to check my phone and see what's going on around my place. To me it seems like I can't do that

      Hello, the adhesive tape fixes the bracket part, you can take off the doorbell to charge it. According to the installation video, go down in reverse.

      1. To exclude the problem of wifi, special symbols cannot be used for names and passwords;
      2. The video doorbell does not support 5Ghz WIFI, and the mobile phone can only connect to 2.4ghz WIFI when binding;
      3. Try to reset the video doorbell, the reset button is under the back panel. Press and hold for 3 seconds to reset the video doorbell.

      Sorry, I'm not sure what the specific cause is. Please check based on the following information:
      1. The router turns off the channel bonding function, because this function will merge the 2.4ghz and 5ghz WiFi bands into one SSID, which is not suitable for smart devices;
      2. The SSID and password of wifi cannot contain special symbols;
      3. Router restart;
      4. There are too many devices connected to the router and it cannot handle them;
      5. The location permission must be turned on on the mobile phone and authorized to the APP;
      6. Let the smart device go to sleep, wait 10 minutes, reset the smart device, and try again;

      Hello, please follow this process to pair:
      1. Plug Dingdong in power souce.
      2. Long press Dingdong match button for 2 seconds, indicator light on suggesting enters pairing mode.
      3. Press doorbell button once, 2 devices will pair with each other, after paired successfully, indicator lights off. Warnings:
      1. During pairing, 2 devices should be as close as possible.
      2. Make sure the doorbell is fully charged.
      3. After pairing, the indicator light will automatically turn off.
      4 . If you don't ring the doorbell within ten seconds, the dingdong indicator will go out automatically.
      5. If pairing fails or re pairing is required, please repeat the pairing process.

      Once you use the tape or you screw it to the wall or frame..you have to remove a dmall scree underneath it take it down to charge it.

      Take off the back panel and you will see a hole with a reset button underneath. Take a toothpick and long press the reset button and it will enter pairing mode.

    I had this doorbell working, however, recently I noticed the app was not notifiying me when the button was pushed. Eventually, I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it (sometimes that will fix issues with the app). However, now it will NOT bind to the network. I've tried everything. I tried another Android device. It simply will not connect. You get what you pay for. A steaming pile of Hippopotamus Turd.

    @KERUIOfficial I have tried everything to get my doorbell to connect to bluetooth and my device, it seems like a piece of junk. Then i reset everything to try it again and now it just continuously says "please rebind". Im getting so sick of this. Can you help so I just don't waste my money?
