So Eve, Psyche and Bluebeard’s wife were all women with a big “nasty” curiosity and doesn’t want to follow the rules
Eve with Adam wanted to taste the forbidden fruit 🍎
Psyche, Eros’ lover, was told to not watch the face of her lover if she want to stay with him. Her sisters said it’s perhaps a monster so she broke the rules and spied on him
Bluebeard married hsi new wife and told her “you can go everywhere in the castle but not in this room”. And obviously she took the key and entered the room. She found his dead wifes he murdered
The song is about curiosity for women and the fact we don’t want to be what people want us to be
