As someone who loves watching Cody Travis plays. Having so much hype that he's finally going to grand finals to fight the king for the third time (first time was in crew battle), to see how he would fare against Sandstorm. COULD HE WIN? COULD HE FIGHT? THIS IS THE FIRST TIME HE'S THIS FAR IN A SOLO TOURNAMENT!!!
Yeah it was heartbreaking. Watched it in the livestream and even though the last part was cool af, it kinda hurts ngl lmao.

@@FabianArisen tbh doubt he'll come back to the competitive scene. You really think BMG is going to make changes anytime soon? I highly doubt it, as they focus more on crossovers than in game patches. There's also the fact that he might lose intrest in the game completely before BMG makes those changes, so if you look at past trends and the situation as a whole, you can see why i drew those conclusions.

well to point out, after the second hit it was a read, and he caught the dodge, then he reads a jump which was wrong but them being off stage there's no where for cody to go and Sandstorm's recovery just put him in the perfect position.
