- 👴🏻 I was travelling by bus across India, and so far had found Indian people to be very friendly, so I never expected to be so brutally attacked as I was by the roadside salad sellers of Rajasthan. I still have PTSD from the incident #saladsellerthugs #india

when you are traveling through bus in India... NEVER EVER EAT COOKED FOOD WHERE THE BUS STOPS... the bus drivers have partnerships with the restaurant's, so the restaurant guys don't care about the quality because they're sure to get large no. of customers... the food is poison even for my Indian stomach...

You are really brave for doing this. Being an Indian myself, I would never travel in one of those buses :D Btw, word of advice: while traveling in Indian buses and trains, please do not stick out your cams and phones - there are quite a handful of incidents where people have reportedly lost their phones to crooks who stand and wait in these routes with a long wooden stick which they use to knock phones and cameras off of commuters' hands. Also be mindful of low tree brances and electric wires!

Not like that with the Peruvians....and I've talked to MANY Peruvians: from the countless taxi drivers in Lima, to the indigenous (campesinos) Peruvians in the Andes (with some who only speak Quechua).

Quick tip - Speak in hindi for the first 10-15 seconds so that the only hindi understanding audience (which is growing rapidly and your major demograph) doesn't quit early after listening to English.

Obviously these guys don't know the first rule in India. Keep your head inside the bus at all times. I've heard stories of people's heads ripped off because the bus was very close to another vehicle or at the toll plaza there's hardly any extra clearing in either sides.
There's a video here on RUclips of a youngster, half hanging out of a train in India, filmed by his mate... Goes on for a few minutes until, bang, that youngster is no more
Sounds like my garage I have an inch clearance both sides and they expect me to pay nearly £100 rent four times a year! But it doesn’t even have electricity or a door that closes properly! I’m going to start nicknaming my garage India!

Better to contact local citizens before you hop into another country. With the no of jobless people around the globe someone helpful and good hearted will surely be a helping hand. There are few apps too. Its kind of hitch hiking but without getting into troubles and waiting for free service. Someone is always there to be free host with open heart.
