it take a lot of practice XD i had 5 1/2 inch heels for prom and i practiced kpop dances in them and never took them off at prom while breaking it down on the dance floor! (im a hip hop dancer)

I did footwork in my sneakers for 5 rounds and after when I had swollen feet with blisters on them, I did it bare feet! you ma'am, danced for 3 mins straight with all of those concentration and determination for who-knows-how-many-hours on a high heels, hands down ma'am, hands down!
