Gaeul does have a very cute face, and with being the shortest in the group, despite being the oldest, it's impressive how she can still be so cool and charismatic while being that cute😅 I don't know how to explain how you pronounce her name besides saying it sounds like you would expect it to: "ga uhl"
Because of restrictions in Korean language, "Rei" is spelled as two syllables, "ray-ee" but the easy way to say it is just "ray".

Wonyoung, again, is said just like how you'd think? Like the words "won" and "young".
Wonyoung might be strong, but she gets a LOT of hate for no reason. Really out of them all she has a LOT of haters and it doesn't matter how strong you are, that's always gonna hurt. But she's definitely strong for not showing it so much. Still sometimes I get a feeling that it's rough for her. A weaker person might not have made it in the industry while getting that much hate. Luckily she also has a lot of people who love her though ♥
32:29 "He's the guy that did the cover with Lisa" You might be thinking of Taeyang 😅Liz was singing a song by Taeyeon, leader of Girls' Generation, prolific soloist, presenter of various shows, one of the best vocalists in K-pop history and one of the best-selling soloists in Korea, and she's just an overall living legend. So it takes guts to cover a Taeyeon song 😉 (pronounced "te-yun")
At 39:32 Leeseo is also singing a Taeyeon song! These clips are from them during vocal practice though, so it's probably a good challenge for them to sing songs that require skill.
Liz is one of the better vocalists in the game at the moment! There's a lot of great vocalists and it's tough (and unnecessary) to rank them, but Liz is main vocalist in IVE for a reason, she's a very powerful singer.
The "potato song" (I think it's an old (North) Korean song?) she once said she could sing it well, and because it's kinda silly of course people kept asking her to sing it 😅
She's super shy a lot of the time though, especially in the beginning it was very extreme, she had a tough time around cameras even, so before their debut she tried to force herself to get more comfortable by recording video diaries. She has come a long long way though!
Leeseo is one of those confusing names because the L in "Lee" is silent (long story) so it's basically "ee-suh". Leeseo is a baby beast. She's an amazing singer, but she's still so young, so her voice probably hasn't even fully matured yet.

And if you want to hear more of Liz, Rei and Leeseo's singing and get to know them better, this guide had a few clips of Liz and Rei when they were on the show "LeeMuJin Service" (hosted by singer Lee Mujin, the joke is that his name is supposed to sound like "limousine" - although like I mentioned earlier, you normally wouldn't pronounce the L in Lee).
It's a great show that's a combination of interview and singing, really showcases (often underrated) singers. Mujin is a very respectful and encouraging interviewer, and a great singer-songwriter himself, sometimes he also does a short cover of the guest's song, and the show always ends with a duet between him and the guest.
Variety shows with games and funny moments are great, but when it comes to showcasing an idol's vocals and getting to know a bit more about their background and stuff, LeeMuJin Service is one of the best shows out there. Highly recommend it.

Well, in short.. IVE is a talented in any form of position given. 100% guaranteed.

Wony and Leeseo are pushed as visuals of IVE. Wony is their main center alongside Yujin and their pushed vocalists are Yujin and Liz. Yujin and Gaeul are pushed as "main" dancers. Rei's the main rapper and Gaeul's technically lead rapper.
Aside from the leader and rapper positions, there's no official positions in IVE, only which member is pushed to do what role. Fans just like to label what position a member fits in.
