Thanks for another video , please don’t understand how much we love seeing the sparse digs as well as the good ones , I went out today only had 3 jam pots , like you say that’s digging, look forward to your next one Shane 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Always good to try and get out and about as much as possible when you're feeling low Shane. I find that listening to music that you really like helps a lot too.
Shane I suffer as well but I’ve learnt when I have unhappy thoughts I think of the opposite and go with something in between and roll with that ,I’ve got a broken back,I’m an incomplete paraplegic and have spent 5 years in bed over the last 10 years and the best way to cope with pain is to distract yourself, that helps me , Thanks for taking us along you’re journey
Your a top digger and a top man Shane ; enjoy your digs . They are definitely a sanctuary ; the woods are a temple and fresh air and nature are a help.
Hi Mate, Good to see you back out, miss you & bottle Tom's video's. Not had the pleasure in meeting you yet my friend, however did meet your younger pal and Shane at BBR last year and they were great to chat to. I dig with friends in Edinburgh, and i think that's why most of us do the hobby it helps takes our mind off things and is good for our mental health. I've been down too but you just gotta get out there, also helps if you find something half decent for your collection mind as well. Just keep doing what your doing mate, remember you not alone...all they best to you buddy :)
Some interesting finds, I think. Any day digging seems like it would be a good day. Nice weather, anyway. Have a great day, and an even greater next dig! From Fairborn, Ohio, USA
Not the most successful day, but you found a couple of keepers and hopefully cleared your head a bit out in the fresh air! Keep being open about your mental health, Shane, I think it's important not to keep it boxed up inside you. We all love and appreciate you, and we're all here for you!!!❤
Hi Shane, it's a testament to you that you are able to be so open about your mental health, it's the best way to be. So many don't talk about it and box it up and that just isn't good. We all have demons that we deal with on a day to day basis, some are better at it than others. Keep talking, keep digging and look forward to your next video.
I lost a parent at the start of secondary school and I get pretty depressed about the state of the world and lack of care human beings have now... I mainly collect rare insulators, but I started with bottles too and I have respect for the fact you genuinely fill in your holes and care about where you dig. You've got a good hobby to help escape, so just keep at it! I haven't got the confidence for solo digs yet 😂
Hi Shane, glad to see you out again. The poison saved the day. How did the swing stopper clean up, looked full of nasty stuff. Well, you know what they say Shane, a trouble shared is a trouble halved, but, with your digging & viewing family beside you, hopefully you will soon be on the road to being back to your normal self, fingers crossed 🤞 for you my friend. An absolute spanking clean up job too, keep posting, stay safe & looking forward to your next episode. 😁
Hey Shane, at 41 years of age I still have bad moments, as im sure we all do. Its such a cliché to say it, but you aren't alone. There's nowt quite like indulging in your hobbies to clear the mind and give you some perspective. Big love, always enjoy your videos and your discoveries.

Shane is having some issues with mental health, but he's doing the right thing & sharing it.
