Poland, Warsaw | Using Travel Insurance for a Medical Emergency

Our journey continued with one of the worst-case scenarios we could have imagined. A medical emergency meant that Ela was rushed to hospital in an ambulance and stayed in the ICU.
We spent almost a week tag-teaming between looking after Ela in hospital and keeping Laura sane (and ourselves). Unfortunately, this means we didn’t get to see anywhere near as much of Warsaw as we would have liked. Luckily, Anna and I have been here many times before and have already seen so much in the past.
After Ela got the all clear, we were able to spend 24 hours as a family seeing a few sights.
We were told we can keep travelling and will continue on our journey!

Great video guys! We can't even imagine how scary this would have been. So glad to hear that Ela is doing well again. Seeing the girls reunited after Ela's stay in hospital had Rhys and I both a little teary (I think having our own little one makes these experiences so much more scary to hear about).
