Question about the multiple websites. Are these multiple domains that I have to buy? I confused.
Im starting a rental business and I want to use this for landing pages but I don't want to have to buy a seperate domain for each product I'm renting.. That's silly.

Hello! Do you know if the forms when you complete them take you to a thank you page to be able to track conversions? The same for the facebook pixel...?

You can definitely redirect but Carrd only has one page per site. So I think the workaround here would be to create a subdomain for your thank page with your tracking pixels. Hope this helps!

I believe you can use hidden sections to show a thank you message when the form is submitted.
