The UK uses better ingredients that is why just like the Dominoes episode Soybean oil is super Cheap and Low quality also a much lower Quality cheese for example real Mozzarella in the others while the USA didn't.

The new papa johns stuffed crust is so good, but after you take a single bite, it makes the rest of the pizza terrible, that’s how good it is. I really hope they make some sort of thing just with the stuffed crust

As an American who lived in the UK for almost 2 years, I know that US portion sizes are ridiculous but we pay less for more. And that was always my biggest issue in the UK. I was paying £5 ($6.66) for a medium pizza at Dominos UK when I can get a large pizza at Little Caesar's US for $5 (£3.76). Ideally there should be leftovers that carries a person over for 1-2 days.
I feel like this is why US portions can be superior, the only issue is instead of sharing massive portion sizes or keeping left overs some Americans find it more efficient to just eat it all and it really is unhealthy for the populace

Tip for Americans: don’t (and I mean it) have too much Marmite when you try it. Too much is DISGUSTANG. It’s really strong. So for starting I would recommend trying a small amount. Since I’ve eaten it all my life tho, I like a lot and strong Marmite 🙂

US papa johns base sauce options are buffalo, bbq, tomato, ranch, and alfredo. and we used to have a burger sauce which was just ketchup and mustard mixed. but not anymore

I will say that in the UK we do have the Papadias. A small base, whatever topping (Limited - e.g sausage and pepperoni), cooked and then folded over and cut in half.
