Just a point on the bridge method. Sometimes, if a police car falls into the river, it will still be active. All you do then, is drive, let it spot you, then go under the bridge. I was making 5000 every 15 seconds or so.

Also a little tip if it's possible: run the undercover with the getaway. It negates the faster detection which - yeah isn't the point) but if you're getting the heat level up then
Can confirm as of today (1/5/23), the second method still works. Just make sure the cutscene is playing and not on a black screen. At least on console, the cutscene will pause whenever you are in your respective home menus, so you can time it so when a frame of the cutscene is there, then you can close the game
I immediately collected all the art decals to unlock the ferrari, sold my starter vehicle, and was locked out of all races until I saved up enough money to buy a level A car again. Without being able to race because it's Friday on week one. Which is why this makes me feel better about deleting my save and starting over.
Not sure if know this but if you did not have enough money to race on the Friday. It will give you the option to restart the Friday again until you have the money to buy into the race.
They fixed the cut scene money glitch, I forced closed the game during the cutscene and it goes to the next week, so yeah gg, 1/26/25 Now idk what happens in the cut scene 😂
you were right about Shimizu, i was clapping everyone with a fully decked out honda nsx with an IL6 swap but Shimizu kept clapping my ass, so i farmed up and purchased the same ferrari he has and i realized why is he so fast, that car is wild lmao

Method 2 doesn’t work anymore if you will just have to redo the race and if you close after you accept like some people are saying you might loose the car like i have
I was just doing the qualifier method and accidentally exited out before the cut scene and still got the money and the car I don't know how reliable that is though probably just better off waiting 5 Seconds and don't forget you get 200k from the race but you have to pay the 100k buy in so you really make 100k
Well, I am in week 1 and end up with heat 4-5 every time I enter the night, so I am in cop chases a lot. I, therefore, involuntarily farm money with the bridge tech in week 1. Still, a welcome income, so I am not complaining. xD
Crazy method for single player on gaining cop money. When you actually get a heat 5 pursuit, you goto the very 1st meet up location where the subway rails are at. Find a ramp to get on and the cops literally cannot find you up there. Pretty much so that not even backup would help as when you are on cooldown, drive and drop to the meet up with no cops or heli around and you lose the cops for sure without the 1 minute wait time. Its more work but hey its not boring as this is the non boring method of gaining cop money and using the meet up to escape the cops easily. Crazy when a F150 Swat Truck got on railroad, he literally was clueless how to drive on them. Seems Criterion didn't anticipate them to jump up and the AI being confused on what to do at all. Bonus 2 is when after I am in cooldown and the Swat Truck is still following me but was super careful. I decided I am gonna take him out but when he spotted me and there was an opening. He literally drove off the rail and fell off which proves my point, Digital Cops in Need For Speed Games can be pretty stupid and unprofessional compared to the real cops who are more careful to safety and true protection. I think it might be for some reason when you make a side bet it seems like that racer does better. Maybe not but try getting on a different one if you normally bet on shimizu and if you don’t then I’m not sure

You can. Exact same process, exit the game once you complete the race. You don’t get the car as Yaz drives it back to the garage, then you get awarded it. I’ve got another video on my channel explaining it if you wanna check it out just to be sure :)

Nah man, in week-1 you can earned a lot of money (up to 100,000) if you played your card right. I actually bought the z prototype custom on week 2 But then again i did play on easy mode because 4 retry is not enough for a noob like me LOL 😅
You can skip the week 3 qualifier or whatever… you guys can do the grand and restart your game when the cutscene starts and you’ll make around 1.1 to 1.2 mil everytime…. Been doing it and I’m at 96 mil

Just do the week 4 finale and quit the game at the cutscene. It’s literally 1 million every 20-25 minutes. I haven’t found anything that can compare. I have the bugatti and almost any other car i’ve wanted just by doing this for an hour or two each night.
Do you mean play through the story all the way to the last qualifier and then once you beat the qualifier quit the game before the cuts even plays and you're pretty much golden
When I escape heat level 5 the heat level goes all the way back to 0. Why is this happening and how do I make sure it stays at heat level 5 after escaping?
You both will need to do events for the heat level to both increase and persist in free roam. If you just fuck with the cops straight after leaving a safehouse, it'll always reset your heat level after you lose the chase.
race heat stays even after escaping a chase, race heat only goes away after the day and night is over and a new day starts. When you get heat from a free roam chase the heat level will go to your current "race heat level", heat level you got from races.
it's a weird one. Where you "didn't" complete the race, the 100k buy-in isnt removed from your bank. So when you get the rewards, you get 260k profit in total if that makes sense?

They really need to nerf the difficulty of the game. I played on easy and theres a difference between fair/challenging and just unbalanced and unfair. Hard mode also just feels flat out impossible in some races. The rubber banding is also f*cking rediculess!😤😤 I put the game down for now until they can do some rebalancing. Also, money in this game is really unnecessarily hard to get in singleplayer! This needs a fix. It is wayy too difficult to earn money early on. Im still stuck on week 1 of story and earn jack sh*t for money. This is all on easy mode. They need to fix this bullsh*t!
Ok so I did exactly as described for method 2 (qualifier). I waited for my victory pose and it switch to the prize and said car won. I closed the app. I logged back in and I had no car and had lost my buy in 100k also?!!!!
Only bought 2 cars in the game, my personal Honda NSX-R and a RX-7 I really want a 3000GT so I can have both my cars but hey it is what it is Saved 10 mill so far want 20 so I can get loads more cars
Method 2 did not work for me right now. I quit when it said that I got 200k and the car, but when I opened the game up I did not have the money or the car 😬
I'm currently running through all qualifiers on my PS5 and have managed to get it to work on week 1, 2, & 3 so far. Not too sure why it didnt work for you?
I only tried today on my PS5 with the GTR one. It seems that from week 4 I get enough money, so it is actually not much slower as for the qualifier I would get 200k for 3 races, now I can get races that pays 50k-80k each. And as I have one of each type od car (B to S+) I can manage 😁 The next hard bit will be multiplayer😅 Enjoying the game a lot more than I thought I would 👍
He said it wrong in the video you don't quit when it says you won the car and the money. quit after the screen goes black and the need for speed symbol blips after pressing x on the reward screen for the car and money

@@JohnjOcampoI used the RX-8 in S class until I unlocked the GTR from qualifier 3. Both worked fine for me. I also found never to bet against Lyric, Shinmizu or Harlow. Their AI is already ridiculous. A$AP Rocky, Boost, and that Urus guy (bam bam I think?) are all safe bets.

I did that with my RSR because I knew I was broke and had to repeat friday twice so I ended up trolling the cops and farming for an hour .

Method 1 does NOT work anymore. The ledge next to the pillars has been removed in-game and is now only about 1ft wide and cannot be driven onto.

method 1 works and I use the tunnel in jefferson hills, the one that you go to sometimes where there's a meet just by the entrance.

Late comers just replace the bridge hack with the long tunnels. Cops will always wreck themselves following you in long enough. Rinse, repeat.

My way to make money is to run up the heat in the daytime while clearing the map... In Heat I did it before finishing the story

Use the cheat engine method if your on pc. I have the Ea Edition and it works in offline mode.

when cops use the spike strip if you can't go around them like on the bridge you should still be able to slam into the cop cars to avoid the strips.
i only get 2k for betting against rocky, why does this occur even after i finished the story?
You have to have a lower rating car than rocky. So the lower the rating the more the bet will be. Bs if you ask me🤦♂️

Ok so I did exactly as described for method 2 (qualifier). I waited for my victory pose and it switch to the prize and said car won. I closed the app. I logged back in and I had no car and had lost my buy in 100k also?!!!!
Only bought 2 cars in the game, my personal Honda NSX-R and a RX-7 I really want a 3000GT so I can have both my cars but hey it is what it is
Saved 10 mill so far want 20 so I can get loads more cars

Method 2 did not work for me right now. I quit when it said that I got 200k and the car, but when I opened the game up I did not have the money or the car 😬

I'm currently running through all qualifiers on my PS5 and have managed to get it to work on week 1, 2, & 3 so far. Not too sure why it didnt work for you?
I only tried today on my PS5 with the GTR one. It seems that from week 4 I get enough money, so it is actually not much slower as for the qualifier I would get 200k for 3 races, now I can get races that pays 50k-80k each. And as I have one of each type od car (B to S+) I can manage 😁
The next hard bit will be multiplayer😅

He said it wrong in the video you don't quit when it says you won the car and the money. quit after the screen goes black and the need for speed symbol blips after pressing x on the reward screen for the car and money

its on ok guide for those who have finished the story like me before seeing this vid however, even on relaxed that lambo is no match for Shimizu. I swear she gaps me like crazy

The qualifier glitch works on every qualifier, even the Grand where if you complete it it gives you million dollars, so you can keep doing the grand and got tons of money

This game sucks, I have played many nfs and this is one of the most detestable for me, I like some things, but details such as the low remuneration of the events, the expensive parts and cars, and especially, the extremely annoying What is the police, they make this game a real piece of shit, they no longer make games for you to have fun, they make games for you to suffer and pay for DLCs and more content, these companies treat customers like shit.

Number 1 doesn’t work any more but you can do the same thing my going to the bottom of the map and there’s an off road pipe. Go in there

The top two AI racers are insane, i can't catch up in a straight. Maybe cause i was using the eclipse on S class and i need a better car?
Is your car top of S and are you playing on the harder difficulties?
we all feel the frustration haha. I'd say it's worth getting a supercar if you grind out some cash, will make your life a whole lot easier

@@JohnjOcampoI used the RX-8 in S class until I unlocked the GTR from qualifier 3. Both worked fine for me. I also found never to bet against Lyric, Shinmizu or Harlow. Their AI is already ridiculous. A$AP Rocky, Boost, and that Urus guy (bam bam I think?) are all safe bets.

can anyone help pls... after story mode is complete, can I just cruise the city in my car without incurring any Heat Levels and triggering any cops to come after me? I just want to cruise and explore city at leisure. Thanks.
I am playing only offline mode... so are there still Heat and cops after the story mode is done?
@@kiatchan7309 you might be able to do it as long as you start a fresh day, and not hit into any cop cars while you are cruising. Never tried it myself though.
