Easy Bibingka Recipe (Filipino Dessert)

Bibingka is a well known traditional Christmas food in the Philippines. It’s a classic Filipino rice cake that is usually sold near churches during Simbang Gabi (Christmas Night Mass).
In this video, I will show you how easy it is to make this kakanin.
Ingredients (Dry)
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
2 Large Egg
2 Cups Coconut Milk
¼ Cup Melted Butter
Toppings
Grated Cheese
