I really like new signature cards because I felt like streamers don't really care about the cards cause they get all of them anyways and now with signatures you can feel the same excitement as we peasants do with normal cards

Getting 9 legendaries in 147 packs is still above average. That's 1 in every 16 packs, while the average is 1 in 20. Not to mention signature and golden which are insane luck. Golden packs have their own pity timer, getting one legendary in 5 was average.
Golden motlk packs had a 1 in 7 average for a golden/ signature legendary. The golden packs now have a smaller chance than that on a golden or signature. So Rarran was actually kinda lucky with how things turned out.
To answer the question at the 6 minute mark, you are not cringe/annoying, on the contrary, you are probably the best hearthstone content creator atm bc you have original ideas and a good personality. Hope you get signiture sif

And I know that Hearthstone will not do it because of some rule about disclaimers with purchases over $100 in the app store.
I mean, hearthstone is almost a gacha game so of course they don't want anything fixed. Mtg is a different community, people don't buy boxes to complete sets or decks, only to gamble on expensive cards. The difference is that you can actually profit on those, in hearthstone you don't profit at all
